New management. Clean store. Parking lot clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff mopped floor and washed glass. Bathroom cleaner bottle (1) was left on display rack. Nasty.

They always make great drinks here. The shots are always pulled correctly, and I never have a bad coffee experience. This shouldn’t be a «No Time No Line» store, however. It should be the Got Nothin’ But Time store. I’ve used the ordering app here and ended up waiting well after the line was gone to receive my order. The order placed 10 minutes before walking into the store.

Absolutely LOVE this location. I’m glad I started to make this my regular ‘bucks. The staff (Jordan, tall male barista) always greets me by name as I walk in the door. Even if I haven’t been there in a week or so… he still greets me like I was there yesterday. Thank you for helping kickstart my mornings — you all rock!

I’m from out of town and was in serious need of a coffee. I was disappointed that this Starbucks did not have a drive thru because my 4 month old and my toddler both fell asleep in the backseat. Well I ordered and paid for my coffee through the app and called the store to see if they would bring it out to me. Luis answered and he was nice enough to offer to bring it out. Thanks for great service! You made my day.

This is by FAR my favorite location! Every time I walk in they say hi to me by name, they remember my drink and are always super nice. What’s even better is they are like this for everyone so you know they are being genuine :) I try to go here almost every morning because I’m always in a good mood when I leave. Love these people!

This is great coffe… everyone knows that… right? The building itself, however, is very difficult to park at and has no drive up window. The service is quick but they ran out of two of my favorite breakfast sandwiches which was a disappointment.

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha with soy milk and whip. I understand we need to make room for the whip cream but I think the amount of coffee they gave me is ridiculous. I paid for a venti but got a grande. There was so much room in this cup of coffee I could probably fit another tall into it. I’m not trying to exaggerate but it was maybe an inch above the half way mark… I know, I measured. I should’ve known the moment I walked out my cup felt light as fuck! Of course, I was on my way to work in the morning so I didn’t have time to ask for a new one. I know the girl looked at my cup and thought: «yeah that’s enough. She asked for whip cream. And since I would want a half a fucking glass of whip cream, this lady must want half a glass too!» Never again going to this Starbucks. They’ve messed up my order a few times in the past but this one takes the cake…

Nice little Starbucks location with the upgraded wifi. This location is busy and parking can be an adventure, but they made a decent iced latte even if I waited a bit.

Parking is really tough at this Starbucks location, and the time I visited it was a bit unkempt. Perhaps because it was in the afternoon, I dunno. I got what I wanted and left, but not sure that I’d visit this particular location again. It would be a good spot to sit outside and people-​watch, though.

As always, great product! But, the service from a lady working midmorning today was not very friendly. Definitely not Starbucks service friendly. No smiles or your welcomes. Definitely didn’t make me feel like a valued or welcome customer.

The outdoor patio is too close to the parking lot, but there is really nowhere else to put the tables and chairs. Of course, you are not supposed to smoke on the patio, but many folks here ignore those rules. I give the Barista credit for going outside and telling the smokers to quit. The prices are approaching 5 bucks for a medium coffee and the pastry is still not made in house, but Starbucks is kind of an American tradition once in awhile. I also seem to be cursed at this location because another prospective date I met here failed to materialize into romance — this was the third coffee meeting here that did not advance beyond the original date.

This particular Starbucks doubles as a police station. Want to get a free Starbucks at any point? Make a bet that either a cop is either inside or will walk in while ordering a drink. I guess bougie Scottsdale cops must be getting paid more than the Dunkin’ Doughnut variety. Regardless, at least you can rest assured that the pastries will be fresh.
Altogether a pretty good Starbucks, but it lacks a seating area for groups, which drops it a star. Other than that, the drinks are par and the staff isn’t rude. Can’t complain.

I am not a person that frequents Starbucks. I don’t particularly like the chain for a plethora of reasons, but that is where a friend of mine that I was reconnecting with after 15 years wanted to grab a coffee, so I was not in a place to argue.
Though I will say that the coffee tasted reminiscent of paint thinner, which it has at every Starbucks that I have visited across the country, the staff here was friendly and perky. The barista was especially cool, and fun, and she helped to make my experience at a coffee shop that I generally disdain, more pleasant. The place was clean too which Starbucks stores are not always.

This location squeezes as many seats and outlets as possible into one small location. They know everyone coming in needs a place to sit and needs a spot to power up. Between all the outdoor chairs and all the seating indoors, you should find a spot. It’s just not a comfortable joint if you’re looking to sit and chat with someone. But for me and my laptop, it’s perfect.
Fun for people watching on Scottsdale road on the weekend.

I don’t get it. This is the closest Starbucks in Old Town and yet no drive through and is the smallest Starbuck’s I’ve ever seen! They just did a remodel and I was hoping more space and chairs but no, all they did was put in a long bar with bar stools facing out the window. It’s not at all appealing. Perhaps furniture is on the way?
Everything else is Starbucks and great service but the parking lot is always packed, no drive through and now no seating. I may go to the one on Thomas or the one off Hayden from now on.
