So the drink of the moment seems to be an iced espresso with one shot of mocha. Now why one shot of mocha one may ask? Well, the espresso is very upfront, so the mocha provides some sweetness with a slight hint of chocolate. Like I said, it’s the drink of the moment. And of course, Starbucks is Starbucks, so clean, friendly and usually quick. Usually unless their busy! :)

We have gone to this Starbucks approximately 6 times a week for 3 years now. At this point, I’m actually starting to question my own sanity in doing so. It’s right next to my husband’s work, so we go there often, but at this point I think we’ve finally reached the«last straw» phase. First off, for some reason over the last 3 weeks the lattes have suddenly become scalding hot. I have literally burnt the inside of my mouth to the point where I could not taste my food at least 5 times. It’s so bad that now even though I order the drink at a specific temp(more on that later) I actually am fearful of taking the first sip of my drink. With regard to ordering at a specific temp, I recently mentioned to the barista that my drinks have been coming out scalding hot and he stated that they had re calibrated the machine and that they are now the temp they should be. He told me I would now need to order them at a specific temperature. The next time I came in I ordered my latte at a specific temp and the barista literally mocked me about it. Yikes. The other main problem at this location is inconsistency. We come here so much that some of the baristas don’t even need to ask what we want, and yet each cup of coffee is so wildly varied in composition that it’s like drinking a totally different drink every time. THEREAREMEASURINGLINESONTHECUPSHOWEVENDOYOUMESSTHISUP??? Sometimes the lattes taste like pure milk, sometimes they’re so sweet they’re undrinkable. It’s totally insane that a chain coffee company can make so many mistakes. I make a more consistent cup of coffee at home without even measuring! Needless to say, we are totally done with Starbucks. At the risk of compromising our coffee supply, I’m just going to say that we’re going to bulk buy a certain Whole Foods iced coffee for our convenient coffee option. I’d rather store 10 cartons of iced coffee in our fridge at a time than ever pay for Starbucks’ inconsistent swill one more time.

Everybody at this Starbucks is always extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I’ve never gotten the wrong drink or had them mess up in any way. I’m usually in and out pretty quickly, but I have noticed there isn’t usually many places to sit. That comes with the smaller location though. Will be back many times for sure!

Unbelievable how many times I give them a chance and how I get the wrong order EVERY time! I am done getting milk lids in my coffee and half filled venti cups of someone else’s latte when I ordered tea. It’s your job to get my $ 6.00 drink correct… that’s it. I have a Starbucks everyday, I will not be making back to this one.

I think most of these reviews are unfair. This Starbucks is EXTREMELY Busy all the time. I live right around the corner from this one so I pop in every now and again. Every one that works here is super friendly and works as fast as possible. I think if anything — they just need to schedule more people on In the mornings to ensure faster service. There’s no way to avoid loud noises when there’s a line out the door. I give these baristas 5 stars — they definitely do their best. Bottom line, If you’re that rushed for your coffee in the morning … go to a less busy Starbucks.

This Starbucks is on point except one time… but they made it right so I’m willing to forgive and forget. :P This is my go to Starbucks I used to go about once a week but my work got a new fancy coffee maker that I can use for free so my frequency has gone down lately. This place is always buzzing just like any Starbucks and everyone is friendly and my drink is always consistent. Get the Starbucks App use it to pay and rack up those stars to get free drinks etc. also look out for their emails for discounts promos etc. Loves it!

I’m a frequent Starbucks visitor and I love the company. I was in the area for the day and decided to stop by because I had an hour to blow. I walked in and all the staff was all busy hustling to help drive-through guests. I stood at the register for about two minutes and no one even squeaked out a «Hello» or «Well be right with you!» As they scrambled around. Got my order in, they’re were out of the Bacon and Gouda sandwich, no biggie. Switched to the healthy turkey-bacon sandwich which was great, my drink tasted fine. The biggest issue I found is that this is the loudest Starbucks I have ever been to. Not from the guests, but the staff. I understand the usual noise and I don’t expect it to be quiet at all. But I found myself literally flinching. I keyed in on one male employee with very long hair. Ever time he would scoop ice or coffee beans, in a rush he would throw the scoop back and it actually hurt my ears. I found myself constantly flinching for the hour I had to spend there. It was to the point that I contemplated taking a picture of the guy to post on here. I don’t want to get him in trouble, but sir you are extremely noisy. Other staff can use metal scoops without issue. I don’t know how anyone could really get any work done here, read a book, talk on the phone, etc. Overall my food and drink were great. Customer service was a little shabby, more emphasis needs to be put on in-store customers. Noise was absolutely unacceptable, plain and simple.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been coming here for two months because I work next door, it’s convenient for me that’s why I keep going. But after today, I will be going out of my way to get my coffee elsewhere. I get the same coffee every single time, and every time I have to tell them to remake it. I have nothing nice to say about any of the employees. They all have the nose in the air attitude and when I ask them nicely to remake my drink they have an irritated attitude towards me like I have done something wrong. I honestly wish I didn’t have to give them one star.

Not a very happy crew here. Pay more attention and you won’t be asked to remake the drink. When you’re asked to remake the drink, don’t act like it’s an imposition when you’re the one who got it wromg. I can’t reccomend this store.

Well, everyone else seems to be ripping on this Starbucks but I’ve never had a problem with it. Employees are friendly the drive through service is fast enough and the drinks are delicious. They always got my order correct the few times I went here. I don’t see what the problem is. Then again, I’m not really a nitpicker.

This one is right by my house so I frequent it a lot. I give it four stars because I have had my order messed up a couple of times but it’s literally been about two or three times out of over 50 visits here. The line can get a little wacky since it starts in front of a Subway and you can potentially block someone else in in the parking lot, but the line moves fast and I’ve never had any issues. The baristas are always extremely pleasant and accommodating.

I usually go to this Starbucks since it’s in my neighborhood and it’s overall mediocre. the employees are usually nice but recently I’ve felt bitterness from most of the employees. must be a new staff or something. I have given this location it’s fair share of chances. I have tried sticking up for it’s many short comings in response to my husband’s chagrin every time I suggest we stop by over the weekend. It is, after all, the closest Starbucks to our house and it seems silly to go out of our way for something so simple as coffee and a muffin. But I am done. I have a higher tolerance and greater patience threshold than your average customer, and it’s been an entire year of coming here for my to issue a final evaluation. My thorough and articulate assessment in the end is… this place blows. Amidst the many grievances I could cite, the one that bothers me most is that they seem to prioritize the drive-thru line over the in-store patrons with 3 – 4 people bumping into each other scrambling to fulfill orders. Meanwhile, there is one person at the register inside and one person at the espresso machine — regardless of the length of the line at the counter. While other locations seem to mirror this staffing allocation, this place for some reason cannot figure it out. This weekend, we placed our drink order, got our food(from the whole 3 breakfast options left) and waited another 10 minutes before asking whether our coffee was coming. The associate at the register then eloquently yelled to the drive-thru folks«Guys! I have drinks waiting here!» Oh good — so no one noticed the line of cups accumulating. That about captures this store in a nutshell. While I despise reviews that account for one bad experience, this one was just the straw the broke the camel’s back. That poor, un-caffeinated, drowsy camel who was just waiting for a cup of joe.

This starbucks is by far the best. First of all, let me say there is a guy who works there with a long brown pony tail, who is very nice! I can’t imagine saying«welcome to starbucks what can I get started for ya» a million times a day, but he does!!! The staff there is always very nice! And they never mess up my drinks!!! v

I’m literally in between 2 Starbucks, the one off Scottsdale and Indian School and this location off Hayden. While a bit farther, it has a drive through option, which has always been extremely fast and nothing but amazing personable service. The have a decent amount of tables inside and out if you’d like to hang for a while. I’ve been to better people watching Starbucks, but if you are there to enjoy coffee/get work done real quick you can’t go wrong with this location.

Not sure why there’s so many reviews mentioning poor customer service — Have yet to experience any issues like the ones described. Then again, I never come here on weekday mornings so I wouldn’t know. Aside from a extra creepy encounter with an «overly friendly» customer that no joke followed me out to my car, this is another great place to get stuff done on Sundays. I’ll also drop into this location when seeing my work clients on this side of town. Otherwise, it’s just your typical Starbucks. .. what else is there to say?
