Only have been here for blood draws via WellnessFX and the process was super smooth. Made appointments online, showed up on time and was taking in with little wait.
The first time I was here the person who did the draw must have used magic because I literally did not feel anything. The second time it took two attempts, and yes, I was drinking water, so it was a little more of a process but still went smooth and the person doing it had an attitude that made everything work out well even with the trouble they had.

Our pediatrician ordered labs for my one-year-old’s wellness check. Unfortunately they don’t do draws in office so I had to take him to an outside lab. I felt so uneasy about it because I remember past experiences at outpatient laboratories but this was very different. They assured me they had experience with peds when I asked. I made an appt, although they said I could also walk-​in. They recommend coming in the afternoon, which I did. My wait time was maybe five minutes. The office seemed fairly clean. Only one other person was in the waiting area with me. The phlebotomist, Meghan, was very friendly and efficient. I would return there again if needed.

Normally a bad experience but not this time. Want to commend Megan for her tireless efforts and follow through regarding contact with my doctor and expediting the process. Things went smoothly and I left a happy camper. 5 stars!!!

I am a total wimp when it comes to getting blood drawn. I’ve fainted or come close to fainting almost every time. They were so quick, efficient, and nice at this Sonora Quest Lab. It was the easiest, most painless experience I’ve ever had.
