This is less about the experience at this particular location but rather about my efforts at obtaining test results. Sonora quest customer service was totally dismissive telling me I need this form or that form, that results aren’t released if they are not all complete, etc. I indicated that I was using their mobile app and had signed the releases etc electronically and that I’d been assured that all results were complete… so was told I was being transferred to the«results release» department… Ha… perfect way to get rid of a frustrated customer… goes to a line that is dead-end. Only choice is to leave a message. Reminded me of the bureaucracy at the government level.

I went in without an appointment and was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ok, for some unknown reason, I have veins the size of an infant. Hence, a baby needle is required. Now, if they had to try more than once, which, if it was any other staff housed elsewhere, I can totally imagine a nightmare occurring along the lines of tears, frustration, anger-management courses and«The-slap-heard-around-AZ» — happy to report: none of things happened! The girls are so kind & patient. I don’t know how it’s actually possible to laugh in a bloodletting setting, but it did! I’ve had blood work done about 6 times the past 3 years, and the human touch & empathy is actually alive and kicking in these quarters. Much Appreciated! (can’t exactly say hope to see you guys soon…)
