I went in for a consultation. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before someone said they would be with me in 5 more minutes. I gave up and walked out. Not going back.

The people were very friendly throughout but be careful with the «satisfaction guarantee» policy. As a normally fairly small person I went in just trying to get some fine tuning. I am now more self conscious wearing a bathing suit than before going in after there are big unnatural indents on the outer sides of my legs where the device went in. The nurse agreed they were very obvious and said it would bother her too but the doctor seemed to act as if it was hardly there. When you pay a lot of money to do something and do it with a satisfaction guarantee you hope that you won’t feel worse coming out than going in. When I consulted with a second doctor in the office about getting it corrected he indicated he would meet with my original surgeon with his recommended solution then the office never called me back and stopped returning calls. I suppose any procedure has its risk but knowing this is a very common procedure and knowing how the satisfaction policy is just a piece of paper with no backing, I would never do business there again.
