Shannon is an angel! I was recommended to see her and her counselling/​meditation CDs assisted me in resolving issues I faced in my past. She also assisted in my weight loss of 20 pounds and I’m still losing due to her plan. I can say that her techniques for coaching work! I’ve recommended a friend and will continue to recommend folks Shannon’s way for coaching. Shannon is such a blessing to whoever seeks guidance/​coaching/​counseling/​hypnotherapy. It works! I continue seeing her on a routine basis for a «tune-​up» as I appreciate her so much.
