Awesome service! Jeremy the technician was prompt and worked very quickly. They fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I will definitely use them again.

Not Happy! We have a Jenn Air built in refidgerator that completely stopped working on a Saturday of a long weekend. It is under warranty but thought we would pay to get it up and running since it was a long weekend, so we had them come out. Repair man was very nice but told us that there was no way the refrigerator could be fixed today. That he does not carry parts and would have to order them. I explained the situation to the phone scheduler and feel like they just scheduled me to collect the $ 89 service fee. It was a total waste of time.

I had a pretty good experience with this company for a washer repair. The scheduling was quick and the service was on time. The washer is working very well now.
At times, they seemed unorganized. In two visits, I had four separate conversations about my complex’s gate code. During my initial call, I was assured that they could service my model of washer yet, when the technician showed up, he claimed he’d never even heard of it. It turned out not to be a problem, but it doesn’t really give you much confidence. And the technician left a couple difficult to remove marks on my floor.
But, they seem honest and the price I paid matches up to what I was quoted from other sources. I’d call them again if I needed to.

Air conditioning in Arizona; it’s one of those things we take for granted until the day when it’s suddenly not there. Unfortunately, in my case, that day was in the heat of July. Please excuse my exaggeration, when I tell you that there is nothing worse than waking up in a pool of your own sweat. Days when the temperature hits 116 — 120 degrees outside, every window in the house seems to invite the heat. Even with the shades closed tight, the sun still seems to find its way in, warming every surface with its abrasive rays. That day, I awoke with a terrible migraine. I took a cold shower and shuffled off to work in a miserable mood, contemplating how I could get the air conditioning fixed before I would have to go to bed again that night.
I called the first three companies from my Google search for HVAC Repair in Phoenix, Arizona and none of them were available for that evening! I started to lose hope. How could I go on? What if I drowned in my pool of sweat while I slept? Could I dry up and turn into a prune? As I tried to reason myself back to some sense of normalcy, I decided to call my Dad.
My Dad recommended Scottsdale Appliance and AC Repair. He called for me and spoke with the owner, and low and behold I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 p.m. that evening.
