When we lived in Grayhawk we had nothing but an amazing experience with this Dry Cleaning business. The General Manager (Debbie) runs a tight ship, is so nice, always gives you the best customer service possible. We moved to the Desert Ridge area over two years ago, which is a 10+ minute drive away. After trying out multiple dry clean companies closer to our new house, we returned because we missed the quality of cleaning and customer service. This specific location for Prestige Cleaners has to be the very best dry cleaning operation in the Valley. If you need a dry cleaner, go here, nobody compares.

Prestige Cleaners is the worst dry cleaning business I’ve ever used. They charged me an insane amount to dry clean two coats and then ruined one of them. Then to top it off, they refused to pay to replace it and said they would send it to the manufacturer. I literally dropped it off in December 2014 and still haven’t heard from them in June 2015. I can promise you that I won’t be back.

SUPER expensive! I dropped off 9 garments for same day service, they don’t have set prices per garment so i didn’t get a price at the time of drop off. How much could it be? Came back later that day to pick up and was charged $ 125!!! For 9 things, thats ridiculous, especially considering there are cleaners that will charge less than $ 3 per garment.
