Polished The Dental Spa

Did this place close? Their phone number doesn’t work and have not been contacted despite my multiple attempts at contacting them via their webform. Disappointing as I was really looking forward to trying them out.

Wanted to give them a try. Can’t seem to get them to answer the phone, return messages, or respond to their online scheduling questionnaire. UM? Neither location in Scottsdale seems to work. Are they still in business? I guess they don’t need mine.

I love this place! Not only were they friendly, but my teeth look amazing. Best looking bleaching and cleaning job I’ve ever had. And it’s a much better deal than going to the dentist. (They don’t charge for X-​rays) I will definitely be back!

Fantastic service model for all of your cleaning and whitening and straightening needs. This is the wave of the future.

Terrible experience!
I got a groupon offer for $ 59 instead of &180 for teeth whitening. It took me about an hour at this place just as what it says on the groupon. But my teeth have been very sensitive ever since they put on the gel for me. It feels awful and I had to go back to work after that. I asked them why didn’t they notice the patients about the sensitivity before they started. The lady just replied” oh it rarely happens”! They also kept saying my teeth look a lol better after the whitening but when I looked into the mirror they looked exactly the same as before! They also charged me $ 35 extra cuz the «polish «is not included!
So I ended paying $ 94 for nothing changed and a bad day at work!
I’ll NEVER EVER go back to this place!

I found out about this place through the Groupon and thought I should check it out. I love the Dental Spa concept — so Scottsdale! The place was easy to find and there was enough room to park.
When you go inside you are greeted by a front desk associate and given some quick paperwork to fill out. The waiting room is really nice and modern, I could have hung out in there longer if necessary! I was taken back for my teeth whitening appointment right on time. You can choose to do a polish and/​or cleaning + whitening but I only wanted the whitening, so that’s what we did! The whitening formula was only on my teeth 20min and then I was done. My teeth do look whiter and I am really happy with the results. I also liked this dental spa concept because you can go on the weekends, which is good for people who have a Mon-​Fri 8 – 5, hence I went on a Saturday. I’ll definitely go back!
