Bottom line… Pete is great to work with and saved us a lot of money! My husband and I had heard how awful and hard buying a home can be, however, Pete made our home buying experience so smooth and easy! We were living in North Carolina and my husband got orders to Alaska, which meant we were buying a house through pictures online. Our realtor in Alaska suggested a few local lenders, but we wanted to make sure we had someone who would be working for us and have our best interest in mind. Pete was referred to us, with stellar reviews, so we decided to work with him. Initially we were a little worried that he was in Arizona, we were living in North Carolina and moving to Alaska, but we are so happy we made the choice to work with Pete. Pete at Pinnacle Capital has refinanced our home on 3 different occasions. Each time Pete was able to save us significant dollars on our monthly payment. Our monthly payment on a 3,200 square foot home on a lake is now less than the rent would be on a one-​bedroom apartment. You gotta love that! And there was no paperwork hassle. Pete took care of nearly everything except the document signing. During one of the refinances we had to be in Washington D.C. and Pete arranged for our signing to take place at a bank in D.C.
