In fact, on several occasions I jokingly told the longest serving PM at Peterson that if she ever decided to change jobs, my company would be interested in her –she was knowledgeable about her work, skilled in working with people and difficult situations, warm and courteous on the phone and provided a workable solution.
Dan Peterson did many good things for our community. Among the many achievements was being our point person in court in which Dan was instrumental in our HOA winning ¼ million $ lawsuit.
After our home owners modified the CC&R’s with regards to payment of dues, Peterson office enforced the rule changes and were the driving force behind dues collection increasing to 100%.
Peterson Co procured for our HOA a handyman service which not only performed extraordinary work at a most competitive price, but also was of the highest integrity and dependability.
Sure…there’s always issues but what counts is how those issues are dealt with. Peterson company effectively dealt with our issues and always attempted to do what was best for the community.

This company manages the complex I am currently renting in. I regret ever moving here. They do not care about their residents. The pool has been shut down for over a month and has been closed by Maricopa County Health Dept. They will most likely lose their permit. The grounds are not well kept, the residents just throw trash all over. Its funny one of the board members supposedly lives in the complex. But she has not done a thing. Everytime we call, they say «were working on it». I would not recommend moving into a complex that they manage as they don’t do anything to help their residents. My patio faces the green, disgusting pool. I’m stuck in a lease otherwise I would move. And at this point may break my lease to do so. They can complain about something that was up on a window in my unit but they cannot fix a darn swimming pool. If they don’t do something I may go to the media with this. This company is a poor excuse for an HOA. And I am reallly peeved about it.
