NPS is a store you can trust. They do not try to sell me things I don’t need. The provide good service at a reasonable price. They also teach you things to make your life easy in regards to your pool. I only go to this store and not Leslie’s which is closer to my home. I believe the man that helps me is Dave.

So far, so good.
Ever since Mike, formerly of Leslie’s was asked to leave there, I’ve been coming here. The prices are pretty good, and I’ve even found a new Mike to answer my pool questions.
One of my new discoveries is the gallon jugs of chlorine. It does the trick, just as well as 2 bags of Shock for the same price. The major plus is a cleaner back-​wash and a lack of powder residue.
I’m a happy customer and I approve this Review. LOL

Apparently this place does not want to deal with individuals. Couldn’t get around to looking at my pool vac while I was there and would not sell me the chemicals for my pool. Pr10000. They would only sell this to commercial accounts. Move on to someone who wants your business.

Great, outstanding customer service! So different from our Leslie’s & Paddock pool experiences.
This is our new go to spa needs store. Very knowledgable & helpful. Sam was excellent. So nice to feel valued as a customer without being upsold. Love this place & highly recommend.

This store is new to the area. I originally stopped in because I received an ad in the mail loaded with coupons and give-​a-​ways. Boy am I glad I did. They have a very knowledgeable, friendly staff that is actually interested in helping you keep your pool clean not just selling you a bunch of chemicals. They recommended a product called Pool RX which has kept my pool looking amazing with only adding a couple of tabs a week. They have the best prices that I’ve seen in the valley. Go in and ask for Matt he’ll take good care of you.
