Our home was damaged by a water heater leak. The owner of Nor’easter determined early on that we were a «small job». We learned later that what he meant was that we were low priority. Several weeks later(he admitted that the job took longer then it should have) we have a home repair job that ran well into 5 figures that seems to have been done properly and looks nice. Communication is definitely not the strong suit of this contractor. And anytime that we the consumer are positioned between a contractor and an insurance company you can rest assured that the process will be confusing. I still don’t have the numbers sorted out!
