I’m curious as to how the other reviews were removed from this business. Interesting. I bought a Groupon from Miss Crescent which never was used, even after multiple appointments scheduled. There was even one time that I rescheduled some work meetings to make it to her place of business, and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting outside of a dark store, hoping she’d arrive. I called the number she had given me, no answer, and sent her an email (and let’s be honest, how far are any of us from our phones anymore?) with no response. I finally left and went home. I received an email back that night, profusely apologizing, saying she had me down for a different day. I re-​forwarded her the the string of emails she and I had stating that we were indeed scheduled to meet that day. I was scheduled to go out of town on a mini-​vacation and was looking forward to having the lashes put on, and if you’ve had lashes done before, it’s not an appointment you can just walk in for — you need to schedule an appointment, usually with a bit of notice. So I was left without what I had paid for, and extremely disappointed. After that incident, I did look on Unilocal and there were multiple reviews that sounded exactly like mine, so I’m curious, why is there only one review, positive no less, still left? If you’re checking Unilocal prior to purchasing a Groupon, just think long and hard if you want to deal with the hassle. If you do, by all means, go for it. I just think that all experiences, good and bad, should be noted on a place like Unilocal so that we can all make informed decisions before spending hard earned money and our highly coveted time.
