Mozaik Salon is by far my favourite place to get it all done. Kristina is by far the best massage therapist I have ever gone to! She has won me over with her amazing skills to get in and magically remove all tension and stress.
She must have magic hands because I always feel so amazing after a session with her. These people truly care about you.

Wow, such a great experience! I booked the $ 99 hour massage and facial for my bday after reading the other Unilocal reviews and was not disapponted! First off, I was greeted very warmly and placed in a relaxing room to wait for my masseuse. After a few minutes she came and led me to my room where I changed and got on the massage table in which the sheets were warm. An hour later my deep tissue massage was over which felt great! Just the right amount of pressure and she also used a heated rice pillow to help loosen up my muscles. After my massage, they gave me a robe and slippers and led me to another room where a woman was waiting to give me a facial. She asked me about my skin and her recommendations and off to work she went. Everything smelled amazing and she did such a great job massaging my skin! I’m now two days after my facial and my skin still feels awesome! Everyone was very friendly and made me comfortable. I’ll be back and am already thinking of buying my sister a package for her bday! Such a great experience and price!

The owner was very nice, greeted my friend and I upon arrival. Showed up 10 min early for a 3pm appointment. Finally met with massage therapist at 3:14. She was good for the short amount of time she was with me. did a good job on my shoulder I had problems with but I also said I wanted full body. I feel like she basically just put lotion on the rest of my body (Jergens lotion was on the counter when I got up to leave the massage room, I would think for $ 50 I would have gotten a better quality lotion.) Maybe had I actually gotten an hour I would have gotten a better massage.
The room temperature water they gave me after my massage was disgusting (faucet water)
Was NOT pleased with my facial. One of the creams she put on my face smelled good but the rest of the products felt like drug store products. Especially there was one wipe she would use between cleanings it felt like those little clean and clear wipes you get at CVS. I feel like my 8 year old could have done a better job with my skincare that I have at home (I use high quality products so I mostly was doing the facial for the relaxation and massage) My face broke out immediately which can be normal I understand. My scalp massage was not enjoyable my kids give a better scalp massage. I have gotten a few facials before so I went in expecting what they usually do in my other facials the neck shoulder, arm and leg massage while the mask is settling. After she basically played with my earlobes and hair for a minute she got up and washed her supplies while the mask finished settling which was very distracting.
My facial & massage both only lasted 35 – 40 min each including changing and consult time.
The reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the massage was not awful & I liked the owner.

My husband and I were here in November for our anniversary. We got a couples massage with a facial. The overall experience was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was nice, everything was efficient. Utterly relaxing! Will definitely go back.

This was my first time at Mosaik, but definitely not my first massage. I am a bit picky because I like my massages deep but I don’t like to be poked and prodded. I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and taken back to a relaxing coroner with a fireplace while I waited for my deep tissue massage. Aly came to get me after 10 – 15 min and apologized for the wait. (No biggie) She then took me to the room and asked specific questions to ensure I got the most out of my massage. She used aromatherapy oils to begin the session (amazing). The massage was awesome and just the right pressure. I got the foot peel at the end and my feet were baby soft after. It was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back soon. Keep up the great work Aly!!!

Odd little place, but absolutely fantastic massage therapist! I went in with a headache and my therapist was responsive to my requests. I left feeling better than I have in months!

I wanted to do a little spa day for my birthday and found the $ 99 deal here and for the Scottsdale area, that cannot be beat! I arrived a few minutes early to fill out the form and Rob was super nice and talkative the entire time. I had my massage first and it was wonderful. The masseuse was very in tune with asking me if the pressure was ok, if I was comfortable, etc. Next I had my facial with Karina and let me say, 3 days later and my skin is still glowing. I’ve had several facials but almost never any extractions done and Karina spent several minutes on my problem areas and when she was done I was stunned how clear my skin looked. As other reviewers have said, while your mask is working its magic, she gives a wonderful scalp massage. Overall, very welcoming spa with great prices that cannot be beat for the area. I will be back for sure.

Great economic spa with great people. The massage therapist was extremely polite. The facial lady was awesome as well. Would have been five stars but…
My only issue was the loud fan the masseuse had on the entire hour he was massaging me. It was louder than the calming music they played. Totally distracting…
I will visit again, but I will request that they turn off the distracting fan next time.

What a great find! I found a groupon for this place for a one-​hour massage and now I won’t go anywhere else! I think Robert is the guy at the front desk — alwayhs polite and friendly. I’ve had massags with a couple different gals and they have both been great. A really quaint place… pretty, well-​decorated. Everyone is kind, they run on schedule, and the service has been outstanding. Going again next week. Can’t wait!

This was my first visit to Mozaik and I have to say it was incredible! I received first class luxury treatment from Karina! But get this the price was ONLY $ 99.00 for a Facial and a Massage! In Scottsdale this is unheard of! If anyone is looking for a holiday gift… Go get a gift certificate! The entire staff is so kind and lovely to be around! A friend was with me for a massage and she had Kandis and just adored her as well! The atmosphere is truly enchanting. I could go on and on, I can’t wait to go back!

I had the facial and massage package and it was a great experience. Both ladies that worked on me were very informative and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I felt amazing during and after. Very recommended!

What a great spa! The entire experience was pleasant — I booked the $ 99 massage and facial combo online and Rob called me within 20 minutes to confirm the date and time, and he made sure to give me proper directions.
When I arrived at 9am, Rob greeted me, and I was quickly whisked away by Karina, who performed my facial. She was excellent. I agree with other Unilocalers, who note that while the mask is setting, Karina gives you a wonderful scalp massage instead of leaving the room for 20 minutes. It’s special attention to detail that makes this place special. After my facial, I got to stay in the same room and enjoy my one hour massage. Everything was great!
I will definitely return when I am back in the Phoenix area. You won’t be able to find a deal like this, along with great service, in most places. Great job Mozaik!

I had my maid of honor in town and wanted to treat her to something relaxing, I looked up what seemed to be a gazillion spas and came across Mozaik. The deal they had was a massage and facial for $ 99, quite hard to believe since it is in Scottdale. I booked the appointment less than 24hrs ahead and was put in right away. When we arrived we were greeted by Robert, who had us fill out some quick paperwork and then walked us back to start our pampering treatment! Both my MOH and I had the same people work on us, however each of us in different rooms.
I started off with the facial by Kristi (forgive me if that isn’t it exactly). I informed her it was my first facial and she made the experience very pleasant. She did a full facial and took her time, which I appreciated. My favorite part was the eyelid massage.
Next Janet, the massage therapist, took me into another room for my massage. I requested the deep tissue massage, and hands down this was one of the BEST massages I have had in a while. I told her I had some tension in my back and she worked it all out!
Everyone was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of, I will be returning to Mozaik in the future!

My friend and I experienced the wonderful $ 99 facial and massage. Two hours of pampering each for us. We had only called the day before and Mozaik was so accommodating to arrange enough staff for both of us to schedule. We are in the area for work and ended up arriving 45 minutes before our appointment time. We were brought to a quiet relaxing area with massaging chairs to wait for our appointments. Thank you for the spectacular customer service and wonderful experience.

There is a masseuse that works here named Kevin Pittman. He is F A N T A S T I C! I just got home from my massage and it was the best I think I have ever had anywhere. He’s built like a truck and he’s super personable, friendly, social and very intelligent too. I normally avoid talking during massages because I dislike random small talk, but Kevin was very genuine and fun to talk to. He worked out my back incredibly well (it had been hurting me all day) and I feel so much better now. I am DEFINITELY coming back here.

What a gem…
The most charming husband/​wife duo run this joint! I saw their groupon for a discounted massage and decided to treat myself. I walk in to be greeted by Robert. He shows me through a long beautiful hallway to get to a very relaxed waiting room with a gorgeous ambience. They offer you a glass of water at this point. Then my massage therapist Cherelle showed me the way and was very good at maintaining comfort with questions and taking care to meet my needs. (ps) — make enough time for her scalp massages!
After a lovely massage she gave me a soft robe to wear as I was served another glass of water and escorted to the room where I would be receiving a facial.
This is the BIG treat. Karina (Roberts wife/​head esthetician) SHE SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS on my face just because she had a little extra time. Wow. Now that’s some serious customer service. Not only that but I was sent off with a sample of her amazing product to further rejuvenate my fave.
Overall I’m more than satisfied
Next time I come in I am bringing my best friend and treating her to the experience I had…

What a fantastic gem of a spa! When I knew I’d be in Scottsdale over a weekend before attending a conference I decided to look off my resort for spa treatments. I solely use the Eminence line and look for spas that offer Eminence treatments. I found Mozaik via Unilocal and contacted them for an a appointment. They aren’t officially open on Sundays but will book on request. My first interaction with Rob via telephone was friendly and it was no problem at all to book on the Sunday.
I arrived for my appointment and was immediately impressed by the surroundings of the spa — they’ve done a great job of making it welcoming and comfortable. Rob greeted me and set me up with my paper work. I was immediately shown to the back to meet Karina, who owns the spa with her husband Rob.
The facial that followed over the next hour was the best facial I’ve had in years, if ever. The room was quiet and comfortable, the products were gentle and smelled amazing and Karina has a very soothing, healing presence. When she is working on you she will touch your shoulders to make you aware of her presence before she moves to your face. Rather than abandon me while a masque is setting as many places will do, Karina gave me a relaxing scalp massage. After the treatment, I was provided the option of citrus or cucumber water and a robe to wear to my next treatment.
I will provide a caveat with my massage — I get massages for therapeutic purposes so have no patience for soft feathery massages. Luckily, the gentleman who provided my massage was a strong, muscular type who gave one heck of a great therapeutic massage. He managed to get knots out of my lower back that no other therapist has been able to get out. I felt a little beat up after the massage and the following day but two days later I felt like a new person. I wish I lived closer so I could get my monthly massage here. Some may not enjoy this kind of massage when going to the spa for a relaxing afternoon but it was exactly the type I enjoy.
Upon leaving, Karina provided me with some product samples and Rob, upon learning that I order the product from the US already, provided me his card. I will be ordering my product from Mozaik going forward and recommending to everyone I know who has second properties in Scottsdale/​Phoenix or goes there on vacation. The final, excellent touch, was the call I received from Karina a few days after returning home to Toronto. She was calling to check on how I was feeling and if there had been any reaction to any of the products she used.
