I have to update my review because this place has become so much more to me than a yoga studio.
This place is a sanctuary for all mothers. When my 5 week older daughter was having multiple problems with nursing and colic I came to see Stephanie (lactation consultant) who diagnosed her with a tongue tie. Stephanie provided multiple solutions and a pediatrician capable of providing the procedure to correct the tongue tie.
Since having the procedure, our daughter is a completely different baby, so much happier and not in pain.
I’m so thankful to have Modern Milk to bond with other Mothers and learn and grow with all our babies together.

I’ve absolutely fallen in love with Modern Milk. Their prenatal yoga classes are absolutely fantastic; I’m addicted! I never liked yoga before I was pregnant, but the environment is so warm and supportive and the instructors give such a great (but appropriate) workout. I leave feeling so refreshed and more prepared for childbirth each time I leave.
I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff and instructors and the cute boutique items they stock in the shop. Their class prices are also incredibly reasonable and make it easy to attend regularly.

I really love Modern Milk, such a great concept, every state should have one, seriously. Wether you are a first time mom and need some guidance, or a mom of many and need some advice, this is a warm, caring environment just supporting mommies. Highly recommend their classes, it’s a great first place to take your little one to get out of the house but in an easy environment. Hope they open more locations!

I love this place for many reasons. I signed up for prenatal classes and had a great experience there. They have free classes on Fridays ranging from nutrition, baby wearing, daycare options, etc. Every instructor I met was amazing, kind and supportive (Jacqueline, Erin, Jenessa). Can’t wait to start Mommy and Me classes. They recently added barre classes, which makes this place even more amazing! This is a great community of Moms!

This is such a wonderful, welcoming community. If you’re a mommy or mom-​to-​be, you MUST visit Modern Milk. I’ve attended their Prenatal Yoga classes and they’ve been an absolute dream — such a great way to stay calm, happy, and focused during my pregnancy. Jacqueline is a fantastic teacher. Her gift and passion to guide others is very apparent and inspiring. I can’t wait for my next yoga session and look forward to taking advantage of their other classes and lactation support services.

Stephanie and her staff are incredible. She was there for me right after my baby was born to ensure I was on the right track with breastfeeding. Her products are top of the line and her classes have been amazing. I know my first 3 months as a mom have been more successful because of her!

Finally a super cute mommy friendly place for all mommy-​baby needs! Took a sleep class that has changed our lives forever. Thank you Cara. Also, had Stephanie help with lactation support for my tongue tied baby. She was amazing! And very understanding and supportive. I truly love this place and what it stands for.

I have been struggling with breastfeeding my baby for about 5−4weeks I called my hospital lactation specialist, bought like 3 books, scoured the internet and could not find a solution to our problem. I found modern milk one night after almost giving up on breastfeeding. I emailed Stephanie N on saturday and she was able to see us Monday morning before the shop opened. Immediately she identified the problem we were having. Because of her I think our breastfeeding relationship will be saved (to all breastfeeding mothers you know how important this is.) The place is also adorable with a yoga studio and a boutique. We will be returning for support groups which is included in the consultation and for mommy and me yoga as well. Highly recommended to any mother struggling with breastfeeding.
