Mattress Firm North Scottsdale

I have been waiting to have my mattresses delivered. First attempt, they were a digit off on the primary contact number so they couldn’t reach me for delivery. They never even tried the secondary number when the first number didn’t work, so they left. Second attemp was scheduled between 7 – 10. I had my realtor sit there for 4 hours and they never showed up. When we called, they said they meant 7 – 10 PM — who knew? Deliveries at 10 PM — really? Our guard gate won’t let big trucks in to deliver after 5 pm. Tried to call the store to reschedule again, Alex, could not help until the truck is back to the warehouse, I’m guessing around 10 PM. Until then, he cannot reschedule? Wasn’t very eager to try and go above and beyond and help me out. I understand things happen, but after these mishaps, the company should be trying to make things right. The customer service is horrible. They don’t really care if the customer is happy or not. This is a pretty large order, not just a matress. I will never buy from this Matress firm. I would have at leaste liked them to pretend they cared.
As a follow up to this review:
A few hours after posting the above review, I was contacted by the Regional Manager. He was extremely apologetic and reactive to my situation. He was able to set up a new delivery time and assured me that the delivery would happen. He was thorough and efficient. I truly appreciated the call and the follow through involved to resolve the situation. I have confidence that everything will go as planned.
