Absolutely NEVER let this man operate on you! You will be sorry. I had a bunionectomy two years ago. It was so botched that I have to have surgery again, of course not with him, to correct the mess that he made. This guy has absolutely no ability with surgery, and should not ever hold a scalpel,
You are now warned!

Dr. Forman is one of the best doctors I’ve seen since living in AZ. The wait from check-​in to seeing the dr. is always less than 10 minutes and usually right away. The staff is very friendly as is Dr. Forman. I came to him with a cyst on the top of my foot, which turned out to be from a broken bone that also tore my tendon (resulting in the cyst). I always book a super early appointment before work which makes it very convenient.

Super friendly and helpful office. Made an appt less than 24 hrs ahead of time (for a painful ingrown toenail) and was seen as soon as I walked in the office. The doctor is personable and did not harass me for choosing to get pedicures and paint my toenails! I appreciate when physicians make recommendations but do not berate you when you choose to do your own thing!

My husband and I have been very blessed to have been referred to Dr. Mark Foreman by our primary care physician. We both have been his patient for a number of years. His calm manner and excellent clinical skills have definitely added to the quality of life for my husband Adel, an Alzheimers patient, who has seen him on numerous occasions with positive outcomes. I had a significant injury in Oct. to my foot and ankle and once again Dr. Forman and his staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you, Sharon for your calm voice when the sky is falling.

After really hurting my foot during a rec. soccer game I decided not to wait and look for a podiatrists. I looked on Unilocal and couldn’t find much for once so I googled my local area and found this location. They have 3
I had Dr. Bates.
This was my first visit to a podiatrist. It’s strange for me to say this matters but when most offices in Scottsdale seem like a resort, at times going to a «medical plaza» that seems straight out of the 80s is a little disturbing. Should he change his location, I’d probably give 5 stars but after visiting another podiatrist there was a clear gap in small things like technology that can matter more to some (like myself) than others.
Dr Bates and his staff were friendly. They have an onsite xray room and it’s probably convenient for most people. I would have continued to visit and would still recommend Dr. Bates had I not found Dr. Richer who I feel even more comfortable with.
