Luxx Consignment

I wish I could put a negative star! Unreal SCAM from the second they receive your consigned items. We consigned a large sum of items that they drastically overpriced on the their showroom floor above the contracted price. They claim it was a «buys» fee however they keep all of the proceeds. I visited the showroom after they tagged our items and a dining room set that they quoted us $ 400 on was priced at $ 1,500. I guess an $ 1,100 «buys» fee is normal? When I called them out on it, they mysteriously were able so sell most of my goods off in less than 48 hours (unheard of) at a 50% discount of the contracted price. Overall, the prices tagged in the showroom for all of the items equaled approximately $ 5,000 and after their 50% sell off extravaganza of all of our items, they gave us a measly check for $ 526! Wait… no, they even kept that because I removed a few items and they charged me to take them out. I walk away with negative money after their additional charges and incurred shipping costs. SCAM ARTISTS!!!

CROOKS AND SCUM. Plain and simple. My husband and I are taking them to court. They took all of our items in and turned around and stabbed us in the back. DO NOT GO HERE!!! There are plenty other places in the Valley where you will get good value for your consigned goods and not walk away feeling robbed and screwed based on their «contract»…which will not hold up in a court of law. We consigned approximately $ 10K in goods and walked away with NOTHING.

BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE!!!

Shar and I had been looking for the «right» desk for over a month since moving into our new home. Found it at Luxx. Totally impressed by Tanner’s knowledge of every single piece of furniture in the store. Not the cheapest desk but they consign only the best in quality so it was completely worth it. Wanted it delivered and within an hour and a half, it was in our home. We’ll keep going back to check for things like lamps and chairs because frankly, we just loved the experience, the team there at Luxx and their friendliness, and of course, what and how they sell. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience. Fun, fun store to shop with some amazing furniture, décor, wall hangings etc. Super nice sales staff and not at all pushy. Great experience and would highly recommend. I left the store telling my daughter I never had such a fun shopping experience and spent only $ 125. Plan on going back in the very near future.
