As this practice has two entities just sharing here as well. I went to this practice for a little over a year and was extremely disappointed with the«concierge» program. I would say all of this to anyone in the practice in person, but wanted to warn others. Before moving from the Boston area I asked my providers there to look at the paperwork and was warned to not use doctors who also sell aesthetics and vitamin products as they are often more interested in the profit margin than the human aspect of medicine. I should have listened they were right! I was deathly ill with a rare chronic medical condition and this place assured me that they wanted to help. After a few hospital visits though I was deemed to not be a profitable patient and was«fired» from the practice. The doctor I saw only works two days a week but wants to make more by taking on less patients who don’t need any medical assistance. Calls from emergency rooms were something she found annoying, she did not seem to know ANY specialists in the community and I was left trying to find my own. There was no coordination with specialists or hospitals and no follow up care. The place is run like an insurance company, they hedge their bets that no one will use the services they advertise and when someone does the patient is told they must not care enough about their health and need to find a new doctor. Maybe they missed the memo that preventative care is now free with insurance and the«physical» provided is nothing different than any doctor who accepts insurance. Unless you want useless expensive tests that NOONE there can interpret. Bottom line avoid this place if you’re looking for a real doctor! I later learned that many doctors in the valley think of this place as a joke. I have since found an amazing provider who does accept insurance and spends as much time as needed talking to me and has found specialists who know how to treat my condition. Don’t waste your money on the«concierge» service you will not have a lasting relationship with a provider if you get sick. If you want to see the practice’s true values check out the job posting for physicians here… bonuses and profit sharing are the only things that matter here.
