Lice Knowing You

It’s been a couple of months now since I’ve had to sneak into this place. Mind you, with school age children, risks increase for these pesky critters.
It was the beau’s little one who wound up with critters. She was dropped off by mom at the house and there was NO WAY I would be confident knowing what I was looking for or how to ensure they were all gone. I am familiar with the fact that many chemical products don’t work for many pests due to them developing immunities or something of the nature.
I called up this place, I knew there was somewhere in the valley that would handle it for us. I’d seen something on the news a while back. Anyhow, the lady on the phone set me up with an appointment and off we were that same day.
Granted, it tends to be costly if someone does turn up with lice but I cannot stress how helpful and worth it this was. I believe it was $ 90/​hr however, they have a 30 day guarantee on their services so long as everyone in the household gets checked. We (knock on wood), haven’t had them return since the gal got treated. We got lucky the 4 of us didn’t end up with it. The wee one was able to immediately go back to school because the ladies spent 3 hrs making sure all live lice and nits were gone. There were so many! They got them all! The educated us and made us feel better about the entire situation.
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and although my patience worn a little thin at first, I got to thinking of what these brave employees were doing and I wasnt comfortable doing it myself. The lice check cost is $ 10 per head and it seriously gave us peace of mind. Yes, peace because with my long hair I was freaking out!
Headlice has never been this easy to get rid of. Lice Knowing ya, effers. Ha!

It was CHRISTMAS EVE morning and I called in desperation to treat my two girls age 4 and 7 for their first case of lice. I had no clue what to look for or what to do and the prospect of heading out of town to stay with relatives for Christmas with heads full of lice had me terrified. They told me they were all booked for the day. I mean what did I expect, it was Christmas Eve?! 10 minutes later, they called back to say, throw the kids in the car and haul it from Gilbert to Scottsdale and they would fit us in.
That right there my friends, is called Awesome Customer Service! They treated my two girls and myself for $ 150…totally worth it to save my time and frustration and most importantly, give me some peace of mind!!! If you find yourself with a case of lice, run, don’t walk, RUN to Lice Knowing You!

Thank god for Lice knowing you we can now sleep in peace! We found out our girls had lice a month or so ago (we treated them at home and again in the other week it did nothing to help my girls but thanks to lice knowing you they did a thorough job at cleaning our kids heads! never have we ever experienced this until a little girl spent the night and left a few of the friends that lived in her hair!) 500 dollars later on 5 heads we paid for another little girl that got it as well! they were all clean and lice free no more bugs living rent free !

Let’s just start by saying, thank you for being so nice and friendly and amazing! As a Dad, I have seen many a mom, including my wife, agonize over the possibilities and realities of lice on their kids. There are a few over the counter remedies that «may» help some but I highly recommend going to Lice Knowing You instead of all that. The peace of mind knowing they will take care of it completely (and guaranteed) is worth its weight in gold.
Not only will they take care of it (with no harsh chemicals I should add) they will be extremely friendly and super nice while doing so. Mom’s need to know this is a judge free zone about the stigma that plagues «having lice». Do yourself a favor, if you think your kid might have it, call them and make an appointment asap and dont leave anyhing to chance with the otc remedies. You will not regret it.

I want to first start out by saying I am never the type to leave reviews… Well good ones at least… But I feel compelled to do so today. For the past 5 weeks I have been battling lice in my house of 4 girls with long thick hair. Myself included. After a couple weeks of cleaning and thinking it was gone, one if my kiddos came home with more nits. I had used over the counter everything multiple times, olive oiled, mayonnaise, retreating, combing, combing and more combing, 200 loads of hot water laundry, lice sprays, tea tree oil, vacuuming several times a day… I freaked out on this stuff! And still it had come back. This is when I called lice knowing you. I was nervous to what I would be walking into when I got there, but as soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. All the ladies were so sweet and took every ounce of anxiety off my shoulders the second I walked in. Everyone was checked cleaned and left there LICE FREE!!! It was only $ 10 to get checked and around $ 100 per kiddo to get treated if they did have lice. Best money I have EVER spent. I can’t believe I spent 5 weeks living this nightmare and these lifesavers were right around the corner the whole time! Thank you so so much to the ladies at lice knowing you for giving me my sanity back! So glad we came to lice knowing you. We got our daughter treated and caught it before it spread to a bad infestation. Great friendly workers, and a wonderful experience for the icky situation. So glad we can be lice free thanks to lice knowing you. I would definitely recommend them.

So thankful for Lice Knowing You! We struggled with lice off and on for many months. After this last frustrating time, I called Lice Knowing You — they got us in for an appointment on the same day and treated my daughter and myself. They told us what to do when we got home and made the whole process seem alot less stressful.
So happy they’re in the Valley. I hope to never see them again ;-) but if we do run into an issue again — we will definitely use their services.
