I am extremely satisfied with the staff, the experience, and the results that I have experienced in my several months of getting treatments here. The staff are always friendly and very professional, and they are more than willing to spend time discussing the results I expect compared to the results I was receiving. I would highly recommend Ideal Image to anyone who is seeking laser treatment. They are not the least expensive facility that provides such services, but in this area I feel that you get what you pay for and I feel that I have gotten my money’s worth. I am aware that the technology they use has varying results of success based on individuals, but I went in with an open mind and was willing to accept it if not 100% of the hair was gone forever. I am pleased with the result I have attained.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going in for my consultation. DO NOT get injectables here! I had the worst experience, I should have listened to my gut and payed closer attention to what the girl was doing. Don’t make the same mistake I did, I ended up with bumpy results and completely bruised.

The staff at this location is super fun and friendly. They sure know how to put a morning smile on your face and make you feel super comfortable.
The technicians are persistent and pay attention to the details that pertain to you.

I had a wonderful experience with Ideal Image. I did a lot of research before choosing this facility to have laser hair removal performed. Everyone that I encountered during my 10 visits was incredibly kind, sensitive and professional. Yes, the prices here are little higher than what I found elsewhere but it’s definitely true that you get what you pay for. It’s a laser! It can be dangerous if used improperly. It was clear that the nurse who worked with me truly cared about my results and my satisfaction. I am incredibly happy with my results!

This place needs to be shut down! I paid several thousand dollars for 3 treatment areas. During my process, the technician burned my skin so bad that I had to wait for the burns to heal before we could do anymore treatments. Then they had an employee steal all the patient records which had private «before» pictures in them. The staff refused to answer questions about where my file was and what was going on with the process. The manager refused to return calls about the matter. Now down the road, I still don’t know where my private photos are and the hair is coming back. Thousands of dollars down the drain and private pictures somewhere unknown. Stay away! They are dangerous, don’t show results, and do not have any security of your medical records.

I have been going to ideal image since 2012 and finished my 9 treatments two months ago. Throughout the treatments i had amazing results. The staff was friendly and flexible and made you feel very comfortable. Now that my treatments have been completed for about two months now, the hair has started coming back. I went back in since when I bought my original treatments they were «guaranteed results» and was told since it isn’t working, there must be something wrong with my hormones and if I want to continue touching up, I must pay per treatment. I feel completely ripped of considering my two areas cost almost $ 4k. I knew I was paying more than other places would charge but was okay with that since it was lifetime guaranteed. Don’t waste your time, go to a competitor and pay half the price.

I have had nothing but great results from them. While it is a little pricey for hair removal, they do a great job and it has worked very well for me. I just finished my 8^th treatment with 1 more to go.

Zero complaints. The technology works great. The staff is very knowledgable, friendly and they make you feel comfortable as well.
It’s nice to know your skin is in the hands of registered nurses, and not random people without credentials. Most places I researched did laser hair treatments in addition to a long laundry list of other cosmetic treatments. Laser hair removal is what Ideal Image does and that is it; they are experts in the field.

What a great experience. The staff is very professional and friendly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Ideal Image knows how to treat and serve there clients. A+ in my book. They truly care about your customers!

Save your money!!! I paid almost 4 thousand dollars for 4 areas and that was suppose to be after their «amazing» BOGO promotion. Ya right! I finished my 9 treatments in May of 2013 and my hair is about 50% grown back. This place seems so great because they advertise a lot guarantees their services for life but it’s a scam. I told them my hair wasn’t all gone and they told me to come in because of my lifetime warranty but of coarse they wanted to charge me more! Don’t get me wrong I have less hair but it hasn’t even been a year since my last treatment and it’s almost 50% back sorry but that’s not worth 4k to me.

This place is the worst, I was 18 when I went in for a consultation, I wanted to get a whole face laser, when I spoke to one of their reps over the phone they told me to shave my face before I go in for my consultation, when I went in they couldn’t determine if I was a candidate or not, but they still went ahead and did the treatment and charged me over 3k, and then the next time I went in to get my second treatment they told me my cheeks don’t qualify for it so I was like okay then lower the price but they told me I am getting it cheaper by doing the package. They are the biggest scam ever. I was supposedly getting 65% off of the package at least that’s what Nicole told me. But a few months later when I asked the guy at the front desk to see how much they gave me off, he said 15% !!! I am definitely talking to a lawyer, because my face isn’t a candidate for laser hair removal my hair isn’t thick enough but they still performed the treatment on me. Please save your money and don’t go here! There are much better places in the valley. They are just horrible people.

They do great work here. Maybe pricey but they pay attention and guarantee there services. Most of the staff I believe are Registered nurses. and they keep the integrity of your skin by being inquisitive and professional! I have had services for the past year here and love the staff, location, and result. I agree it is pricey though. They are on a whole nether level of professional! They are like a medical laser hair removal clinic –THAT IS ALL they do, so they make sure they are damn good at it!
Just make sure and book your apt before you leave each time!

I went to Ideal Image in 2010.
They wouldn’t take my money directly, forced me to sign up to a third-​party company «CareCredit.» I tried to set up monthly automatic payment with this company and they kept charging me $ 39 late fees. (Late fees on automatic payment?) Needless to say this company was not reputable and Ideal Image didn’t do their research before partnering with them.
After that experience, I went to Laser for Less in Scottsdale. They charge $ 100 for an area when Ideal Image charges $ 350 (Prices: Legs/​Per session). Quality is the same (6 – 8 sessions), for a fraction of the price. Trust me, this place is overpriced crazytown.
