Les came over the very next day after my first call. As a new pool owner, I called 5 — seriously five — different pool service companies nearby, and HydroBlue was the only one to even return my call. Obviously, everything turns out how it should, because Les is terrific. He gave my wife and I a very thorough, hour-​long training session about our pool equipment, how to backwash it, parts that are most prone to wear out, costs and types of chemicals, frequency of treatment, how to test the water, treat and diagnose problems, and more. I was blown away at how much knowledge he gave me and how little I knew about my pool. I am definitely going to hire him to replace the equipment in the future, because I think you’d be hard pressed to find a more pleasurable and knowledgable pool service company in Mesa. Call HydroBlue — you won’t be disappointed.

Dependable & trustworthy – isn’t that what we all want in a service business? You know how it is… nothing breaks at a good time. My pool leveler broke while we were on a 3-​week vacation. Les went out there as fast as possible, fixed it, gave me advice for the future & charged a fair price. And he’s come through in the past as well. Our pool pump broke. What to do? We looked on the internet and called HydroBlue pool service and repair. We talked to Kyle and he explained the different pumps and the one he would recommend for our pool. Kyle was able to have an install done on the same day. From the time we talked to Kyle at hydroBlue at around 11:00 a. m, by 6:00 p. m our new pump had been installed and our pool was up and running. Many thanks for the expert installation done by Baron and the knowledgeable information from Kyle which prompted us to use this company.
