Thank you Yun for doing such a fantastic color and haircut! Overall, I had a great experience because of my stylist.
I don’t like that they don’t do appointments so I had to go back in an hour. Also, the manager there wasn’t rude to me, but she was rude to another customer who had questions about the prices. One of the stylists had her son at the salon waiting for her and he seemed to be a bit of a distraction for her, so that seemed a little unprofessional.

Worst place ever. Customer service is horrible. I went to go get my daughter a haircut and the lady (she looked like she was the manager) was so rude to me. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask her a few questions. Maybe she was irritated because there were a lot of customers? Or maybe she just hates her job. I will never go back.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Wish I could give it negative stars. The front is dirty and old. The manager is a middle age heavy set blonde woman and has no concept whatsoever of customer service. She was rude as we walked it and made us feel stupid for asking for an appointment. She looked at us like we were dumb and said sarcastically that they didn’t do any appointments. Then she asked if anyone needed to have their name put down on the paper to be in line for a haircut. As we stood up she looked right at us and walked away. She didn’t want to put our name down.
Apart from that, she looked unkept. Hair was in tangled and it didn’t make me feel confident in her ability to cut hair if she didn’t take any concern for her own appearance. We finally decided to leave when we saw two other customers walk out both visibly dissatisfied with their haircuts.
Between the dirt, poor customer service and the poor haircuts, this place should be avoided at all costs. Don’t waist your time.

We have been here before and had a good experience. It seemed as if mgmt. has changed we have had Nick cut our hair (mine and my daughters) and he was great. The reason I give a two star and not a one is because of that. I recently went here and the wait was long, ok I had time to wait and look through some style books, walk to walmart etc. However, when I am waiting the lady cutting hair takes a call on her CELL PHONE from someone I think is her daughter/​employee she starts yelling «You sure don’t listen do you?, Call me on my work phone.» She then proceeds to read her a schedule so, Im not sure if this was daughter/​employee or daughter. Irregardless, completely unprofessional. I left and went and had my hair cut at wal-​mart.

I just had my first appt. with CORTNEY today. And all I can say is fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!!! She listened to all of my concerns (which were many), made expert recommendations and came up with a direct plan of action based on experience, not guessing (imagine that!). The result was glorious, luxurious color and shine, shine shine!!! Please do not use her, I want to be able to get an appointment!

I have three boys (6,4,1) who needed cuts. Stopped in here by chance since we dont have a hair dresser in az yet. Ashley was awesome! She took her time and was paitent with my fidgeting boys. Their hair cuts are exactly what I asked for. They were happy I was hapoy. They boys even recieved a free token for a bouncey ball which jusg made it more exciting for them. The price was awesome. Under 25 for all three. I have paid up to 80 for them before. Great service short wait time lots of paitence amazing price. We will be back.

Went here to get a a young man’s haircut and the price was right, the haircut was exactly what was ordered. Can’t go wrong with that, especially considering he needs a haircut every 6 weeks.

Don’t come here if you have curly hair! The hairdresser I had didn’t have a clue how to cut it. For example, she used a razor (which you’re definitely supposed to do with curly hair). To be fair, she is getting her real estate license. Hopefully she leaves hair cutting soon and never returns. And let’s all hope she is better at selling houses.
