Serenity is what you will find when you walk into Essence Within. From calming atmosphere, relaxing music, beautiful decorations, clean environment, to a therapist who listens to your needs. You will find it all here. Cherokee is an OUTSTANDING massage therapist! I went in with my neck and sciatica bothering me and when I left I had completely forgotten they had been hurting me earlier. I highly recommend Essence Within to anyone in search of a great spa and caring massage therapist. Cherokee thank you for bringing serenity to my day.

The space is beautifully decorated to give a uniquely cool and relaxing vibe. The location is great and conveniently right off Scottsdale Rd. The message was perfect. Relaxing but also the perfect amount of attention on certain problem muscle areas!
