Found the shop on Unilocal,printed the Unilocal coupon for a discount on framing and stopped in later that day. They hadn’t received many of these coupons, so there was some question as how to process, solved very quickly though. The staff person was kind, friendly and helped me pick out a frame/​matt combination that looked excellent. Took about a week to get it back and am very pleased.

After finding this shop on Unilocal,I brought in an artistic world map poster print to be custom framed. The customer service lady was very helpful in picking out a suitable frame and talked me through framing options without being pushy about upselling (I ended up foregoing the higher-​priced options, at her recommendation). She treated the framing selection process with care like she was going to be putting the map in her own home. She was also very patient in answering all my questions, as this was my first-​ever custom framing experience.
During the framing process, the world map poster that I wanted framed incidentally got damaged. The store owner personally called me to apologize and offer to order a replacement. The owner said damages like that basically NEVER happen — and honestly the poster was already in less than perfect condition due to shipping from a foreign country so it probably wasn’t even their fault.
Well, turned out the replacement they received wasn’t the same as the original, so they notified me and re-​ordered the correct replacement again at their own expense. While it made for a bit of a delay, I appreciated their honesty about what happened and willingness to make the situation right. Their customers are obviously their priority.
Only a few days later after the correct replacement came in, I got to pick up my custom framed world map. It was so stunning and so the woman who helped me pick the frame clearly knew what she was doing. With 50% off of a framing in addition to the $ 50 off $ 100 deal, I walked away a happy framing customer with a beautiful world map that I hope to keep for years and years.
