I LOVE Davis! This is not your ordinary home furnishing store, they have eclectic items that you WILL NOT find any place else in the Valley. They are unique! Chris, one of the designers is excellent and helped us design our home and it looks stunning! Great service, quality and prices are good.

This was the most unpleasant sales experience I’ve had in the past five years. We had previously purchased a furniture set from Davis (which arrived about 2 months late). Today I retuned to purchase an additional piece in the set. I was trying to understand pricing from last visit to this visit. The sales associate was condescending and rude. Rather than purchasing the piece as I had planned, I left feeling disgruntled and let down.

I had a large order from Davis delivered last week. As a designer I get many deliveries, and some delivery services are better than others.
The owner arrived to supervise. He was delightful, friendly and professional, putting custom pieces that required some assembly together, and all the custom upholstery was perfect. The young men who were bringing things in from the truck put felt on the bottoms of each and every piece, as a reflex. I have NEVER had any other company do this and I loved it! They went above and beyond helping me get some other items moved that were not theirs, and even felted the bottom of a couple of chairs that were not theirs for me!
Truly white glove!!! Their furniture, accessory and lighting selections are fabulous – and they really are a pleasure to work with! Thank you Davis and the Davis Furnishings staff for your friendly professionalism and the way you bend over backwards to make me feel valued!

If only you could leave zero stars.
It appears the only people who like this place are the designers… hmmm?
We placed a $ 5k order in March. I was called in May by Marcia to tell me that the factory didn’t have enough material to finish my banquettes and that I’d have to choose another material for just the seat cushions. When I said I’d only accept leather or cancel. I was told I’d have to pay for the increase cost and I couldn’t cancel.
I called back 15 mins later to cancel and was told by the manager that it was all a mistake and they have material to finish?! That my items would be done in 10 days.
It’s been at least 3 weeks and Marcia won’t return an email to schedule delivery for May 19th almost 3 months since placing my order.
I called yesterday and spoke with Jennifer who assured me she would call me right back regarding my order status.
No call!
Side note… their price was almost double what I bought exact same coffee table for elsewhere.

Unique furniture. Very cluttered and vignettes are too close together to really get a good idea of the items. Prices seemed a little high for items, and sale tags don’t give the retail price it was marked down from which I found strange. I asked for tear sheets for some couches and they didn’t have any or wouldn’t take the time to get it out of a catalogue. Instead the salesman wrote info on a business card. He still didn’t give me the measurements! Not an easy store to browse around, way too many items randomly all over the place and not sequence of order. There was one piece I liked and would maybe consider buying, but I’m going to look around first. Service was not up to what I would like or expect if I did buy something.

While the store is small, the selection is great. I’m an interior designer, and I’ve found some great furniture and accessories for my clients. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The delivery team goes above and beyond to make sometimes difficult deliveries. I would love to see them expand without losing their commitment to excellent customer service.

Our new sectional was delivered today. It’s beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Our saleswoman, Marcia, was such a joy to work with. She was patient with us as we worked through fabric selection and room layout issues. This is my new favorite store because of their quality and unique home furnishings. Don’t waste time shopping elsewhere!

Davis Home Furnishings was a pleasure to work with! I went in for 2 sofas for my new home and the Designers Chris and Michelle were so helpful selecting the perfect design to fit my style and space. The sofas arrived right on time and in perfect condition. I cannot express my happiness with my entire experience with Davis Home Furnishings. The delivery even went without a hitch. Next time I’m in the market for more quality furniture, Davis H.F. is my first choice.
