Last minute, hoping to get someone to look at a HVAC unit on a potential investment property. Joseph answered the call right away and was able to stop by within 2 hours! I arrived, he was friendly, great attitude (midwestern like myself. need I say more?) and took his time educating me, my real estate agent and her boyfriend all about Heat and Air, not to mention he answered very question I had. I will be calling Joseph again with any issues and will highly recommend his services. Great service with a great attitude!

If you are looking for someone to diagnose and repair your a/​c — you can stop looking and call Joe. He was extremely professional, responsive, informative and fair from the initial contact to the end, including the cost and this was on a request at 10 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. If I could give him more than 5 stars — I would.

On a July night my AC stopped working. I called a couple local 24 hour companies to get someone out right away and both wanted $ 120++ just to make the trip out and no one was available for at least 1 – 2 hours. I thought I was doomed until I saw Joe’s great reviews here and on Facebook. I gave him a call and 20 minutes later he was at my house (on a Saturday night at 10:30! I). Less than an hour later my AC was back up and running! :) He answered all my questions and his prices were fair. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, he also explained to me how I can better maintain my air system in the future. I will be recommending him to my AZ friends and family.

AC went out at 8pm on a Sunday night. Called about 10 different companies who claimed they were 24 hours but nobody could help us. Joseph came out in an hour and figured out the problem in 10 minutes and was fixed in 10 more minutes. Charged us a very fair price with no up charge for coming out at 10pm on a Sunday night! Call this guy first!!!

Joe keeps it simple and will explain what he did to fix or maintain your system. He has explained if an upgrade would be worth it or If I’m better off staying with what I have. He has always provided a fair price and quick response whenever I needed his services.
