Dr Hanian is quite honestly a bitch, I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone. I had an eye exam and ordered contacts. She did get my prescription correct so I can say one positive thing about her. I really can’t believe this place has been open as long as it has. Any reviews you read about Dr Hanian on Unilocal or even on her own website by in large state the same thing over and over regarding their negative experience with her. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and professional.

Outstanding care and outstanding service. Dr. and staff very knowledgeable. I found everyone to be friendly and cooperative.

Bleh. Doctor just stared vacantly into my pupils and treated her staff terribly. I felt bad for the girls in the office, who seemed nice! It was just a rude experience, and Dr. Hanian isn’t someone I would really recommend. Aside from it being just 5 seconds from my office, I really didn’t see a choice. I’ll drive farther next time, for sure.

Complete Vision Care was recommended to me by a co-​worker and I really enjoyed my experience of getting an eye exam, purchasing contacts and purchasing glasses. I have been back 4 times and have always had a good experience. I used to order my contacts from 1−800-contacts to save a couple bucks. It is worth it to me to order directly from Complete Vision Care because I recieve better and faster service.

Wow. This place is possibly one of the worst retail establishments I have visited and definitely in the bottom 3 health care visits I’ve ever had.
I have to agree with Josh, in 20 years of needing glasses, this is the worst eye exam experience I have ever had, by far. I further agree with the previous review that Dr. Hanian is unprofessional and condescending. If I could give Dr. Hanian negative stars, I would.
I started my first appointment listening to her as she trashed her own staff for not getting the equipment ready since I was the first appt of the day. If you have a problem with your staff, tell your staff, not the patient. Then during the appointment, when I asked her to repeat something that I didn’t understand, she rolled her eyes, sighed and loudly repeated herself. Finally, the kicker, and the main reason why you should go elsewhere, in my fitting for contacts which was one week after my initial visit, I told her my left eye vision was completely blurry, and she told me that contacts are just blurry and that was that. There are way too many competent eye doctors out there so be wasting your time at this place.
And if that doesn’t convince you, this place is closed Wed, Sat AND Sun. The other 4 days of the week, they close at 5pm. This place makes banking hours look hard.

Absolute worst experience I have had with any doctor. Hey doc, dispose of your gum before meeting with patients… and if you just must chew a piece, try doing so with your mouth closed and not like a barnyard cow. I’ve never had a doctor condescendingly tell me that I should have completed my patient application differently if I did not want to be dilated that day. SORRY! Their frame selection rivaled Walmart as well. I left and plan to just head to Lens Crafters.
