Cigna Healthcare of Arizona

My wife and I have now been clients/​patients with Cigna for only a few months. However, since, between the two of us, we have seen a number of doctors, nurses, physician’s assistants, counselors, and advisors, we have sufficient knowledge and experience to give a qualified evaluation of this organization.
The above list alone should indicate that, despite our short time with Cigna, we do have a broad base of experience on which to make an evaluation of their staff, services, and attitudes.
I could also have mentioned their professionalism which reaches the highest levels of performance. Now, in my 70’s, I can honestly say that I have never, ever, had such excellent help regarding my medical issues. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, that I have so far met at Cigna, in 4 of their various medical facilities in Mesa, have shown me only the highest levels of competence and have conducted themselves only in the most concerned and dedicated way. No one could have done any better, been more cheerful, friendly, and competent. THUMBS UP, CIGNA!
The Cigna group has an integrated and shared information network, so that our records are always available to whatever type of specialist we might be seeing at a given time. Moreover, at the end of each medical appointment, they unfailingly give us a complete printed rundown of the results of the session including all findings, suggestions on my health care practices, and their recommendations. Along with this, they include a complete list of all scheduled appointments with the Cigna medical practitioners and specialists.
We have NEVER been so well taken care of in our lives! I recommend Cigna Medical to anyone who has any medical issues whatever as well as to anyone who just wants to have the very best healthcare available. Than this, better service is just not available!
Note: I see, in reviewing my comments, that Unilocal has applied them to Cigna facilities in Scottsdale. That was not my intention as I have not visited any of their Scottsdale locations or facilities and, therefore, know nothing about them. Despite that, from my experience with Cigna in Mesa, I would expect nothing but the highest standards from any of Cigna’s facilities anywhere in the U. S.
