It’s a very nice complex. The leasing staff and maintenance person are really great. Quick to respond to all needs. The layout of the 2 bedroom apartment is great and fits large furniture. Very clean and nice. Bedrooms are nice size. Living/​dining room very large. Nice large patio. It was freshly painted and carpets are very clean. Very large walk-​in closets.
On the down side, you can hear constant traffic on Chaparral from the 2nd bedroom. The dust from the traffic collects daily on the patio furniture. The D/​W sucks and the toilets are ancient. Kitchen is very small but better that than a smaller living room.
