Wow… This is a horrible Chipolte location. I see many bad reviews on Unilocal & how interesting the owner never once takes the time to respond to the countless upset customers. First issue: long long lines due to having way too few employees working. Second issue: ones they do have working don’t seem motivated to Move quickly. Nothing like seeing their employee chat it up with his friend while holding up a line of 21 people! Yes, I counted every person in line. My last trip I ordered my usual salad with carnitas & was horrified to find a HUGE chunk of fat(see picture) when I got toward the bottom. Good heavens people!!! I could have choked on that! Truly dreadful location. Go the extra few miles to 92nd street & Shea Blvd.

Love Chipotle, but this location definitely deserves 5 stars for the food AND staff! Always super friendly, and most of them address me by name and even engage in light conversation while ordering. Even when it’s busy, they do a good job of keeping the line moving. I come here at least once a week, and I always look forward to their smiling faces!

P good food, I like the steak personally, and would recommend that you order extra rice if you get a bowl. I always do and the workers always seem more than happy to oblige. Overall I enjoyed my dining experience here. 8⁄8 would play again– ign True master piece– Hideyo Kojima Like subway but with mexican food– Machinima

What happen to Chipotle! The burrito used to be so big but now it has shrunk big time. Is chipotle saving money this way? I pay $ 8 for burrito with 80% rice in it and little chicken. I am never going back. Chipotle makes enough profit off each burrito but to make it smaller that is not right. Anyone else experiencing the change in amount of food in the burrito?

I had exceptional service here! The staff was friendly and fast in my opinion! It was the lunch rush and the manager wanted to give me fresh chicken and asked me if I could wait a few minutes, no big deal! He gave me a complimentary soda while I waited. NOLONGER than 60 seconds after that, my bowl was made and«complimentary» because I had to wait 3 minutes! Seriously!?! SONICE. I was shocked and definitely was not upset at all for waiting for quality. I appreciate that they were concerned with my time and made it feel valued. This is a very busy location during lunch rush and I believe that they staff does try and accommodate every one in a timely manner. Honestly, the«slow service» should be blamed on the SLOW customers… DONTGETINLINEUNLESSYOUKNOWWHATYOUWANT! Simple as that. My favorite chipotle by far because of the customer service.

Slow as hell these slothful lazy inconsiderate scoopers are way too slow! Come on chipotle! Trim the fat! Some obnoxious beast woman is standing behind me huffing and puffing cause youre too damn slow! Every time!!! Pick up the damn pace!

my food is ALWAYS good here. I really think this might be the best chipotle in the area! the food is always the same(in the best way possible) so I can count on my food being great!!! last week I came here, Wednesday I think, and I’ve never been so pleased with the service!!! I’m used to just telling the people working the line what I want and moving on, but everyone working was so kind! each person asked me how my day was and said hello, I was truly impressed! it was a great experience !!!

walking in, the atmosphere was already negative, probably from slow & bad service. it was not a very busy time of day(I went in around 5:30) but it took about 15 – 20 minutes for me to finally get served. When it was my turn, the employee member(busy with an online order) did not greet me, and completely ignored me as he attempted to fill an online order, dropping the online order form, & a fellow employee took off his glove, picked up the form off the dirty ground, placed it on the counter where food is placed, put on a new glove, & continued work without washing his hands. When I was finally attended to, the negative environment between coworkers was evident as the employee that picked up the online order form was rude & yelled at the employee currently serving me simply for telling him that I had a quesadilla(so he would put cheese into) then threw a ridiculous amount of cheese in my quesadilla and did not spread it around so part of my quesadilla had no cheese and other parts had so much cheese the middle of it was not yet melted, then that same man put cheese on my tacos(without asking me) then when he went to wrap it, asked if it was a quesadilla, I said no, & without apologizing for ruining my order or offering to remake it, asked me what else I wanted with a rude attitude(& when I asked for salsa, his portions were minuscule). there was no communication or respect between the workers, the portions were horrible, the service was ridiculously slow(there were 2 people working the line & you could see workers in the back doing nothing), & the experience was not to chipotle standards. worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! go out of your way to go to another chipotle because this chipotle gives it a bad rep & is not worth the money.

GENEROUS3rd star. Lines are super long every time I come here, doesn’t matter time of day/night. Poor efficiency and execution, skimpy portions. It’s like the line gets overwhelmed super but each person only has 1 simple task. It’s right around the corner from my house so I’m stuck going anyways :/

This is the second time In a row this location has been over the top awful. Didn’t write a review the first time because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I got a steak bowl with plain white rice as I don’t like cilantro. The rice was still hard! Seriously?! The steak was dry, burnt, with no flavor and they didn’t even bother to cut through the meat all the way so there was just huge blocks of steak dangling on a long string. My husband also got a steak bowl and kept spitting out grissel. That’s just gross. I will not return to this location ever again. They need to take tips from other Chipotles on how to run this store.

This place was great when they first came to the Phoenix market, lots of protein and big burritos. But they changed their policy years ago and now the burritos are all rice and beans and you need to beg for a respectable serving of onions, peppers, meat or cheese. When you ask for a little more meat they ask if you want double meat so I guess that would make it 4 total ounces and an up-charge. Personally I’m done with this place. But if you want to pay $ 9 a rice and bean burrito it’s the pice to go.

This is literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I don’t usually spend my time writing reviews for fast food places, but damn, this place is seriously the worst. Let me start by saying I LOVE Chipotle. It’s my weakness. And this is the closest location to me, so naturally i come here to get my fix as quick as possible. Coming to this place takes up huge part of my day and usually ends up upsetting me or making me late. 1. These workers move so slow it’s astonishing. Like my mind is blown that no one there, INCLUDING the manager, has any sense of urgency whatsoever. And it also seems like there are never enough workers. Two people on that line is NOTENOUGH. 2. They’re always out of everything and do not have back ups ready. I seriously have waited 10 minutes for brown rice after they tried to just give me a half scoop of the old rice that was literally sticking to the tin. UM, HELLNO. 3. The steak is ALWAYS over cooked and tough. Botton line: HURRYTHE F*** UP and train your employees better!

I cannot express the level of frustration I am feeling right now towards Chipotle. I thought that online ordering was supposed to be convenient, and it semes for every other food establishment that offers the service, it usually is. And then there’s chipotle. I placed an order at 7:21PM through the online ordering service. I live literally 3 minutes from the Chipotle on Frank Lloyd Wright and usually, due to the volume of the store, estimated pick up times are usually ridiculous. TOnight I felt lucky, becuase I had the option of picking up my order only 25 minutes from when I placed it; at 7:45PM, food for my boyfriend and I was supposed to be ready for pickup. We left our apartment at 7:35, in hopes that the chipotle gods would be in our favor today and our order might be ready earlier than expected. Welp, that backfired. First, the line was enormous. To be expected; it’s Chipotle and Chipotle’s food is tasty. I went to the front of the line where I asked for our online order. Because one of our items had chicken in it, we were told that the chicken had ran out and they were in the process of preparing more. Ok not a big deal. Well, 10 minutes goes by and I notice that every one in line that is ordering chicken is getting their meals prepared for them. However we, who ordered online for the specifi crason of avoiding waiting were. waiting. Yes that is right, ALL of the customers who ordered chicken had their food prepared before the order that was supposed to be ready at 7:45. By 8PM, when they«finally» were able to fit me into their busy schedule, they made my second food item. Needless to say, the frist food item was already cold by this time but I erally jus twanted to go, as my dogs were waiting for me in the car outside. I grabbed the food and left frustrrated, not even noticing that the cashier had forgotten to give me a drink. Was that my fault? In this case, I believe it absolutely ws not. The cashier KNEW how frustrated I was and at that point, it was THEIR responsibiility to ensure that my 15 minute delayed order and cold food was at least accurately delayed and cold. But they couldn’t even get that right. Long story short: employees here are halfwits and do NOT care about the customer base. UPDATE: Called the sotre, manager«Aldo» made excuses for the delay. also was not so pleasantly surprised to see that they actually put my chicken quesadilla’s chicken ONTHESIDE. WHATAREYOUDOING, CHIPOTLE? RUINED my evening UPDATE2: they forgot my chips too. Update 3: My Chicken for my Quesadilla(which traditionaly goes inside my quesadilla, was given to me «on the side». also, no napkins or flatware for me either! It seem sthat my quesadilla was made first then the chicken was put«on the side» later, judging by the petrified horror that is this«quesadilla»

Fast food, stand in line kind of place. This is my first and last time. Food was average, slim pickings. Nice concept but lacking so much. I think management needs to visit other restaurants and compare. Good luck.

I love my chicken fajita bowl, but… Dude on the salsa: COULDYOUPLEASENOTSLOPWATERWITHTHEPICOONTOMYBOWL?! I mean this is your ONEJOB. Do it with more care than a slop server in a death camp. Do you have some gringo hatred or something that makes you not give a F***? Please do it right and not drench my food. Thanks. Oh, Chipotle, why do you have to be so inconsistent?! I love the concept, the lime-y chips & the guacamole. Sometimes I love the barbacoa, but sometimes it is fatty & inedible. I love the convenience & prices, but I think I have to go vegetarian if I’m going to eat here again. Especially at this location the meat is, on occasion, just disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my tacos on my last visit. The staff here seems under-trained & confused, but friendly. I want you to be better. Why can’t you be better?!

Placed and order online and went to the location and they told me that I have to wait 25 min for my order. Are you kidding. Just left and will never go back to this chipotle. They need a new manager or something. I can see from the other reviews that this place needs help.

***update*** I wrote a letter to the store to share my dissatisfaction. Normally I love chipotle and this experience was not the norm for me. They have done everything they can to apologize and take the feedback. I’m impressed because often any feedback good or bad is pretty much ignored. I have received an email and a phone call to discuss. I appreciate that and that says a lot about the store and taking customer feedback seriously. Thanks chipotle and the chipotle managers. Normally I like chipotle and am relatively satisfied. But I’ve never been to this location nor will I return. It makes me wary to go to another location as well to be honest. We arrived and waited for them to finish a phone ahead order I’m guessing. No problem there. Then it was our turn. They skimped so much on the meat that my husband ordered a 2nd helping of meat. That cost 3 bucks. No one said how much that would be. He also ordered guac and sour cream. We assume charges for those but no one said how much. You should always say how much. I was next with tacos. They put a comically small amount of meat on my tortillas and she tried to spread it out to look better I guess. Then she asked me a question. I didn’t hear her so I said«I’m sorry what was that?» And she stared at me. Just stared. Lady what did you say?! So I tried to guess and said«salsa? Medium please.» And I watched as she tried to put Pico on my tacos. Ew no!!! So I said«wait uh…» and the guy next to her told her which one. She was clearly frustrated and grabbed a salsa and put it on my tacos. I assumed it was medium. It was green. We got to the end and walked out for 22 bucks. For a burro and 3 tacos. No drinks or anything. So that kind of price I should have a waiter and a margarita lol. It’s definitely not worth the price to get«mexican food» from chipotle. Especially not that location where they skimp on your meat, 2nd helping of meat, and extra condiments.

This Chipotle is very VERY slow. It has gotten to the point that if we are feeling like Chipotle we will drive an extra 3 or 4 miles just to go to the 92nd street location. Expect to wait 20 minutes even if there are only 2 other people in line.

This Chipotle is good but not as good as the one on 92nd and Shea. They always are just a little slower and the restaurant is not as clean. Still I go there and would recommend them. I just wish they would speed up a little bit!
