Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went in the other night and they were out of sofritas. They cooked some up right away, and offered me a drink while I waited. It took several minutes, but the manager let me have my meal for free. All the employees working were extremely polite and had rockstar attitudes. I will definitely return to this location.

I have this location a one star because every time I’ve gone into this location the service is crap… For example tonight I walked wanting to order food all the employees seemed like they didn’t want to help me it seemed like they conversations they were having were more important then giving any type of service not to mention some of them were on there phone while cooking that’s not sanitary at all

I had placed a large order the other day for pick up, and unfortunately they messed up 3 of the 8 orders. Sadly they were mistakes that prevented people from eating and enjoying their meals. I thought my bowl was fine until I pulled out a 12 inch long black hair from my guacamole. I frequent other Chipotles around the valley and have never had such a negative experience as I did at this location.

I was happy to have a Chipotle location so close to home but I will not be returning. I have given this location at least four chances over the last six months hoping that there would be some improvement. Every time I’ve been the brown rice is hard as though it hasn’t been cooked properly. On at least two occasions they have run out of the meat I was ordering. This last time there was at least a 7 min wait for fajita veggies. I wouldn’t mind those things if they were really busy but it’s never been busy when I’ve been in. And the portion sizes are always minuscule. From now on I will drive out of my way to avoid another disappointing meal or just choose something else all together. Not worth your money.

I don’t normally even make comments… but this place needs work. I went there today because I got a gift card and figured I’d enjoy some chipotle for lunch as I often do. I noticed this one was really close to my apartment, less than a mile. I asked for a chicken burrito to go, and when I got home, which only takes about 2 minutes, my burrito was cold. Normally the chicken, beans and rice are hot and the only thing cold is the cheese and sour cream. The chicken tasted burnt and as if it had been sitting out all day. Also, the young lady who made my burrito, although very nice, ripped it on both ends and said «be careful it’s ripped on both sides» without offering to rewrap it or make a new one. I got home and put it in a bowl because it just fell apart. I might give this place one more chance because it’s so close to my apartment, but I sure hope this was a one time deal.

I go to Chipotle at least twice a month. Today I took my mom in for lunch, for her first Chipotle experience! The food, as always, was great. The service however, is what will keep me coming back to this particular location. In all my years of going to Chipotle, I have never had a reason to write a review until now! Tom, was the cashier at the time and he was just the sweetest person. I don’t think I have ever received such kindness, my mom was even impressed, and that says something. So, thank you Tom — you made both of our days :)

I’ve personally invested in Chipotle stock and this location is decent at best. Awesome staff but judging the other reviews, they’re right for the most part. Meat is typically old-​looking and tasting and/​or running out quite often. Parking is «as-​expected» due to it being in a small complex. It can be either slow or packed but lately during lunch it’s seemed packed. Nonetheless, when I crave Chipotle due to my work location I come here opposed to up the block.

I hate to do this, but I’m very disappointed. My steak was cold and chewy, like it had been sitting out for a while. And half of my bowl was green bell peppers. Yes I got the corn salsa stuff, but I’ve never had so many green peppers in it. I love Chipotle, but I’m not sure I will be going to this one again. I ended up ordering from another place because I just couldn’t make myself eat chewy steak.

I want to give this Chipotle a good review, I really do… but I just can’t. I love Chipotle and eat there once a week. The food quality is OK. Seems a bit lacking compared to other locations, but what is seriously lacking is service efficiency. Since they’ve opened Mid-​May, I’ve probably been there 6 times. Every single time, I have had to wait extra for something they ran out of and didn’t have a new batch ready. I did get my meal free once because of this (without me asking), which was nice. Maybe it’s because they’re new (I hope that’s the case), but it’s been a consistent thing that makes me want to drive farther to visit another location…

I visited this chipotle for the first time today and it will most certainly be the last time. I ordered a chicken bowl. The chicken, and all of the meat, looked like it had been sitting there all day. I also asked for lettuce on it, there was only scraps at the bottom and instead of getting more to actually have lettuce on my bowl she just put a little. The customer service was lacking and the food was not to the same standards as other locations. I recommend steering clear of this location and going the extra couple miles for better food and service.

I love chipotle and have gone to many in the valley. I understand that this one just opened and have been here 3 times, but this last time was horrendous. 1) I wanted a veggie bowl split (I’ll pay extra no worries) and the lady looked at me like I was asking something impossible. On top of that there was not even enough veggie left to add to a meat burrito let alone be a half of a veggie burrito and the veggies looked like they had been there for a while. No worries I will wait. 2) I asked for a kids cheese quesadilla. The lady left it on so long not only did it look burnt but it was rock hard! I gave it back to her and said no thank you and she threw it in the garbage and walked off even though I was at the register paying for it. 3) After the manager ran up to me apologizing and making a new quesadilla I paid for chips with my meal and was just so ready to get out of there that I didn’t realize I hadn’t been given my chips either… They really need to train their staff better. This gives Chipotle a completely bad name!!!

Opened Mid may 2015. As always chipotle doesn’t disappoint. Friendly staff and clean new restaurant. Plenty of parking.
