Care MD

I have been going to Care MD for years under Dr. Matin, he is the best, very knowledgeable, friendly and never have to wait like I do at other doctors. This is the best primary care provider I have ever had so kudos to Dr. Matin and his staff.

I am too, stunned by the negative comments.
This is by far the BEST primary care practice I have been to my entire adult life. It was so easy to get an appointment, which was pretty soon and not weeks or months later like most PCP offices in the valley. At arrival, staff were super friendly and greeted me and my mother offering cold bottled water (wow!). We were taken back shortly and seen by the doctor. Between myself and my family we have met 3 of the doctors. They have been all AMAZING. They are very thorough, spend time as much needed, are genuinely caring and most important of all always up-​to-​date. The office correspondence is excellent. My mother needed a neurology consultation. Her chart was transferred in its entirety shortly after we left their offices. Overall I consider this office a gem for us phoenicians. I wish they had more offices so my other family members could use the services.

I have never been treated worse than by the girls in the front office. I STRONGLY suggest taking your business elsewhere. Their name is a JOKE, they dont give two craps about you.

I’m only giving this a one star since I recently left. I was a patient for several years. I finally left because I can no longer tolerate the disrespect for my time. My physician is constantly late, leaving me sitting in the room for up to 50 minutes. I have tried to schedule my appointments far in advance, and even scheduling the first appointment of the day. Well, that doesn’t work either.
My time is as important as my physician and I realized that this is not a one time problem and seems to be the way of this clinic.

Im stunned by the other review. This is my new health care provider.
1. Top service by the girls in the front
2. Never TOO hard to get an appt
3. Dr. Fruchtman is really good. Listens, spends time, then treats
4. Never had a problem with payment or insurance
Note — you should stop saying you accept walk-​ins if you really dont, really

staff is hit or miss but they have a neuromuscular therapist who totally relieved me of my back pain with no medication. I keep going just for Jessica the NMT she is awesome
