California Pool has some wonderful people in their team. They always listen to customer’s preference and keep working at it until its finished to the satisfaction. I would recommend them for full landscape project.

Recently we had our landscape and pool done by CA POOLS — our yard looks amazing! We are very pleased with how everything turned out. With any large project there is always a punch list to attend to — ours was small compared to the size of our project and CA Pool addressed every item until we were completely satisfied. Travis did our design work and listened to our ideas and delivered a beautiful yard, grilling area, pool & spa. Marcee our construction scheduler was awesome — always keeping us up to date on scheduling and available and ready to help with any question or concern. Steve our construction manager kept everything running smoothly and addressed any issue we had along the way. Jamin our landscape installation director was great, making sure everything was in the right place and looking good. The techs who have been out to explain the pool/​spa system and fix issues have also been great. The customer service that CA Pools has provided has been excellent — which is rare today. We would definitely work with them again and I would recommend them.

We redid our ENTIRE yard with California Pools last spring. We were a little cautious when selecting such a large pool company. We were afraid we’d get lost in the mix. Let me just say, that could’nt be farther from the truth! We were able to reach someone immediately, including weekends! They went above and beyond and gave us OUTSTANDING attention from start to finish. Even after our project was complete we have still contacted them and have always had any questions/​concerns answered immediately! Our backyard was transformed into an outdoor oasis for our family and meets the needs of our pets, small children and my husband and I. Customer service was top notch with every person we dealt with! We would do business with them again and again and will always refer California Pools so anyone! We just wish customer service were like this everywhere, beacause it’s rare to find these days! We consider them friends and felt cared for from start to finish and beyond!
