If I could give zero I would, he was very rude. Completely out for himself, telling us we should do showings during non traffic time cause it would be an inconvenience for him, We came in from New Jersey on a four-​day short vacation, Bruce told us the first day he would not be available. Even though he told me he’d be available all 4 days! I was completely okay with that, during the second showing I found my home. After putting in our offer Bruce slowly disappeared, he is not proactive, and looks out for whoever brings him in the most cash via mortgage companies and etc. Because the mortgage lady we went with recommended him he would scold us if we questioned HER about things happening with our approval. All the warning signs were there ex. he would make me write down every house I wanted a showing on. I asked him if there was an easy way and he said he didn’t have the undated program for that. He makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor. I wish this not on my worst enemy if you. So many realtors in AZ find someone who is up to date with technology and respectful of your time. He was suppose to mail at a Home Depot gift card $ 250 for a house warming gift don’t he your breath for that either. If you look him up you won’t see many reviews about him.
