Ben and Kelly Photography

Last week, on Christmas Eve, I took part in my THIRD photo shoot with Ben and Kelly. I met Ben and Kelly about two years ago when they gifted my fiancé (now husband) and I with an engagement photo shoot. We also booked them for our wedding on May 24^th, 2014 at the Phoenician — and they were INCREDIBLE. They captured every perfect moment, and my friends and family still rave about how genuine and kind the awesome husband and wife photographers were.
Because my family and I were blown away with Ben and Kelly, my dad suggested using them for our family portrait this year. My family lives all over the country, so we had a very small window of dates that we could shoot these photos. Ben and Kelly shot our family portrait the morning of Christmas Eve and they were just as perfect as they were on my wedding day, and during my engagement shoot. Yes, they shot my family for TWO HOURS on Christmas Eve. Doesn’t get much better than that!
If you’re lucky enough to book them, BOOK THEM EARLY! They work just about 365 days a year because that’s how good they are! If you’re a bride looking for photographers to capture your special day, and photographers that will remember you by name, years from now, Ben and Kelly are the ones for you.

Ben & Kelly are rockstars! As a planner, it is such a treat to work with photographers who are as talented, organized, and FUN as these two are. Our clients have all been thrilled with the results. They take the time to meet with each client, go over their wants, needs, likes, dislikes, etc. and really get to know them as a couple. If you can book an engagement session with them before the wedding, that is a fabulous idea as it will allow you to get to know each other before the big day. They are soooo much fun, will do just about anything to get the perfect shot :) We love you B&K and look forward to many more weddings together!

I honestly don’t know where to start and I don’t know how to convey with words how extremely happy we are with Ben & Kelly. We got married at The Icehouse on 4÷18÷15. We had all the pre wedding festivities at The Palomar hotel. Well, since the hotel had another wedding booked that day, we were told a couple days before our wedding that we could not take pictures in public places. That didn’t stop Ben & Kelly. They went early the day before to check out the hotel and our venue and had back up plans and knew all the cool places to get shots done and they were amazing. Also, I can’t tell you how much FUN it was working with them. Their personalities made taking photos such a blast. They went with the flow and were never intrusive and honestly cared so much about making sure we were happy and got the best pictures possible. It was great having both a male and female perspective to get every possible shot. They are an amazing husband and wife and amazing photographers. They are such cool people, we want to hang out with them and grab drinks if they are ever free with all their bookings! You are crazy not to book this team, we will work with them for all our photography needs going forward.

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Ben and Kelly. They came highly recommended by our wedding planner and the hotel we got married at, The Phoenician. When we first met with them, they came prepped with many ideas and both just had great attitudes, so we knew they were the right fit. They even added in an extra hour at no charge, since we didn’t do the engagement shoot that our package came with. On the day of, they showed up early without being asked to and at no extra charge. They were AMAZING. Having them both there meant that we had two people on the ground, shooting everything. It was seamless. Not only that, they made things so much fun for us and put my groom and I totally at ease. Our dogs were part of our ceremony, and they were not bothered by that at all, they were laying on the ground shooting pictures of them! I requested to do some of my pics in pointe shoes, since I dance, and they were excited to do that too. I have only seen sneaks of the pics, but from what I have already seen, I am positive they will be wonderful photos that we will cherish forever. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Kelly to my best friend or family member, they are five star from start to finish. I will update this post with some pics when they come in.
