Barre3 Paradise Valley

This is one of the best workouts I’ve been to in Scottsdale! Unlike other boutique fitness studios that have a judgy vibe, Barre 3 is supportive, positive, and makes me want to come back for more. I go to the 6am class with Samantha and she is an amazing instructor. The music is upbeat and the class is challenging, but I am still able to be successful. I would definitely recommend this stuio!

I love barre classes, and Barre3 is AWESOME. The instructors are so pleasant and you can really tell they want you to have the best class, each time. The owner even emailed me the day after my first class to see how it was and to ask if I had any questions! I let her know what I liked about my class, and she (Karie) really took the time to address everything I had said. That level of customer service was not expected. The studio is clean, bright and fun. It’s definitely a great work out! I look forward to going to class!

I was new to Barre 8 weeks ago, after trying 4 other studios in the area I decided Barre 3 was absolutely for me, other studios left me feeling like everything was so fast paced I didn’t get chance to really work my body I was being rushed to the next move (which I didn’t know being new!), Barre 3 has the perfect paced flow, up tempo but each movement has enough time to REALLY be felt, I use this studio and the North Scottsdale one — I love them both, Great Instructors, so friendly and inviting and brilliant vibe/​atmosphere.
I have finally found an exercise class I genuinely LOVE!

I took a class at Barre3 while visiting from out of town. Barre fitness classes are usually my workout of choice in the morning before work since you don’t have to worry about having to wash your hair immediately afterwards – just add dry shampoo and go! I’ve been a regular at places like the Bar Method, Exhale Barre Core Fusion, Physique 57, Pure Barre, Pop Physique, the Dailey Method, etc. and at all of which were a better workout than Barre3. There was just something about the atmosphere of this studio that I didn’t vibe with and I felt like I didn’t work out at all afterwards. One of my biggest pet peeves was that the instructor worked out with the class instead of instructing. This is the opposite from the Bar Method where the instructor knows everyone’s name in class and is focused on giving out corrections and adjustments. I was disappointed in Barre3 to say the least.

This place is amazing! The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful! From the minute you walk in you feel good. The workout is AMAZING! This has to be one of the first workouts that I crave. I want to go every single day. The results are fantastic! You must try this place!

I’m excited to get the FTR for this one! I am a Barre newbie and decided to give Barre 3. I took a class from Jessica and I must say, I am a fan! I’ve heard that Barre gives you a good workout and it’s true! I feel like I lengthened my muscles and worked on my abs that need some serious work after baby! It was a fun class and the hour went by fast. The class involved a lot of stretching, strength building in the legs and arms and ab workouts. I think that along with cardio, I will hopefully see some improvements down the road! I bought a Groupon after trying out a class and tried the Greenway location next (that review to follow).
I really liked this location because it’s located inside Hilton Village and right by Starbucks, boutique shops and MadGreens, so I was able to enjoy coffee before and grab a salad to take home after!
Most importantly, they offer childcare here, so you don’t have to worry about finding a sitter. I took my 9 month old and she had such a good time playing with the kids.
The studio itself is clean and feels «Spa-​like,» They provide you with weights, robes, balls and mats. I can’t wait to go back!
