Really??? you KNEW the water was going to be OFF, but NOT even a note on residents doors, or an email? What kind of management company did you hire THIS time, the 3^rd one in the 4 years I’ve been here. Come ON.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Horrible maintenance and repair. My place flooded out several times and I could never get anyone to fix it.

Do not move in here, the roaches are bad and the management is worse. A little over two weeks ago I reported a roach problem in my apartment. The response I got was a little disturbing, they told me we need too clean the apartment that is was our fault. They sent a bug guy in, two times as of now over the last two weeks. I brought the manager up and he did not see any roachs, he also got to see that I keep our place very clean. I am a single guy and eat out every day. My handicapped brother lives with me and take scare of the place himself, cleans everyday. Still have roachs.
Here is the best part, today Isaw seen a roach run behind my fridge today, I moved the fridge to spray and found proboly 30 — 50 roaches behind the fridge. I took a picture and showed it to the manager, in a very demeaning way she toldme it was my responsibility to report it to them. What did She think I was doing? This was our third and final time telling her.
She also refused to tell me who her boss was, I guess I will find out when I report them to the health deparment, real estate comission and any other agency I can find that will listen.
