I will give both sides of the issue to be as fair as possible. The mechanic/​owner of this business does have a good record with Better Business Bureau. While the following may be factual, this review is only my opinion and does not include false statements. I will just give the main points. I believe he made a few repair omissions on very expensive repair work on a certain system of my vehicle. When the system he repaired later failed, I complained and he resolved it with me. But then another component of the system failed, and others in the industry said this definitely could have resulted from his original repair work. I contacted him about this again. He claimed that I refused installation of replacement part (s), and that this was the cause of the system failure. He also says my original complaint contained misstatements. Well, my reply is that I never refused any replacement part (s) because the mechanic/​owner who performed the repair work did not tell me that any other parts or repair work was needed. Furthermore, there is nothing on the repair invoice that says I declined additional parts or repair work. I don’t recall him explaining to me that failing to replace other parts would compromise the entire system. If so, I would have either paid for additional parts or I would have canceled the repair to avoid any financial loss. I can’t recommend this business for auto repairs. I feel that there was insufficient communication or guidance from him on this costly and rather complicated repair.
