I’ve been going to Julie Smith to get my permanent make up done for several years now. When I was first researching where to get permanent make up done, Julie was one of three places I went to do my research. Julie was not pushy at all and told me what to look for as I checked out other places. I started out with lips and eyeliner and I’ve now gotten my eyebrows done as well and am extremely happy with everything!

I first had permanent makeup applied to my brow area nearly 20 years ago in another city. The result was atrocious and began a decade long search for acceptable repair work, most of which was sub par. I eventually achieved an acceptable — not good/​not bad — shape and color and decided I would have to live with it as I had never had a strong brow shape or substantial brow hair and I needed some shape to my face. After moving to Phoenix, I discovered Julie Smith. I have had two appointments with her over the last 6 months and can say that today, thanks to her, the shape and color of my brows is absolutely perfect. For the first time in my adult life, I can leave the house without makeup on. As a full-​time student who is also employed full-​time, there are no words to express how much that extra time means to me. Julie is truly an artist and we are blessed to have her working in this city. I would not even consider using another permanent makeup artist while she is still available.
