Ashley did such a great job on my lashes that I don’t even need to wear eye makeup. The morning after my application, I woke up and looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe how much better I looked than before the lashes. It’s been a good 20 years since I looked good upon waking up in the morning! Ashley was very meticulous about the application and even gave me a little brush and some other tools to help maintain the appearance. The new location on Craftsman Ct. is a big improvement over the old Main St building. Very clean and bright. I go back in two weeks for my fill. Thinking about having Ashley tint my real lashes for a little extra pop. I’ll post again to let you guys know how these lashes held up.

I wish I would have read the reviews before buying my «Group-On» for this business. I had a similiar experience as well. For the 1st appt, she was a running a little late… ok…no big deal… I waited patiently and she apologized. But for my 2nd appt for my fill, I received a text from Ashley stating… «Hey» 10MINUTESBEFOREMYAPPTTIME! I replied with«Hey» and then«300 still?»(as I guess I was supposed to read her mind on what«Hey» meant.) Ashley-2:53pm «I’m running behind can we push it back» Me-2:54pm «Sure. What time?»(I decide to just go there since I had already left work early and didn’t know what time she wanted to «push it back» to. Little did I know she would not respond for OVER1HOUR!) Me– 3:34pm «Here» Me-4:05pm -«Hello? What is going on?» Ashley-4:07pm «I’m sorry finishing up with a hair client» Ashley-4:08pm «I’ll be at that location around 5pm» Me-4:11pm «So I’ve been sitting here for 45 mins and you want me to wait another 45 mins? I got off work early to make it here. I understood when u wanted to push it back. Like 15 – 30 mins? But u never said 2 hrs! I have a 1 year old I have to pick up by 5pm» NOTHING…NOAPOLOGY… NOEXCUSE… NORESPONSE… VERYUNPROFESSIONAL… I had already paid for the Groupon Voucher for a full set and 1 fill. I guess she got her money for the full set and didn’t care about showing up to do the fill, even though it was supposed to be included and I tipped appropriately for the 1st visit… BEWARNED…

I made an appointment on the«24⁄7 booking» website two days before my church wedding because I decided I wanted to splurge. I got an email confirmation, bought the groupon and the next afternoon headed to the appointment. I couldn’t locate the address listed so I called the phone number listed to get directions and the woman on the phone(I can only assume it was Ashley) asked me if I made the appointment online and I said yes, and she asked if it was in the last 24 hours and I said yes I had done it the night before and she said«oh yeah I really need to update that; you can’t make appointments with less than 24 hours notice» so I asked if that meant the appointment I had made for 4:00 that day would not be happening and she said no o would need to come the follow day. I told her I was getting married that day and she said«oh, well sorry about that» ANDTHATSIT. Now I can’t get an appointment anywhere else because it was 4:00. Thank goodness I got a groupon refund. Terribly unprofessional that I was able to make the appointment and wasn’t ever notified that it was apparently invalid. It was obvious that Ashley didn’t really mind that she had put me in this position either which is what makes a bad situation worse.

Unfortunately, I am unable to give a review of the actual services because Ashley for the appointment. I had a previous appointment approximately two weeks ago, in which I had to reschedule due to a time conflict. I rescheduled for 2÷25÷15 and I went to the incorrect address(the address on their website had the old address on Thomas), which ultimately was my fault for not referring to the address on the Groupon I purchased. Which in turn turned out to be ok because when I called Ashley to verify the location, she stated she tried to reach me to reschedule(she wasn’t able to reach me because the # she had for me was off by a digit) due to a personal matter. She apologized and rescheduled me for later in the day. I arrived at my appointment a little early and she never showed up. There was another business owner who was very nice and apologetic at the location, who called Ashley for me and she said that Ashley said she was«on her way and driving in traffic». That was the last update I had. I finally left an hour later and requested a refund on my Groupon. To date, she has not called me in regards to the matter. I am not upset, but definitely disappointed and hope everything is ok with her.

Unfortunately I also experienced a «no show». Ashley had called me earlier in day to reschedule my appointment for a later time. I arrived at the new time and nobody was there. I tried to call her twice with no answer or return call. It looks like she does good work but getting her to show up for the appointment may be a problem.

Unfortunately, I made an appointment and she never showed up. Spoke with Ashley on Tuesday for a Friday appointment. Arrived at 9:45 and no one was there. Waited until 10:05 to give her a call– no answer and no text back. Called again at 10:15– no response. It is now 4:45PM and I have not heard anything but let’s just say I have gotten a refund from groupon and it sounds like this has happened before. I do not recommend anywhere this unprofessional. My entire morning was rearranged for this appointment. I hope nothing has happened to her of course.

Ashley is competent and meticulous with her craft. Her attention to detail is second to none. I’ve had my lashes done in Chicago, San Francisco, and Scottsdale and I have to say she is, simply put… the best. Convenient location, relaxing room environment, great rates.
