I love this website!!! A friend told me about it as I am always trying out new ways to keep track of my workouts and to reach my weight loss goal. I tried this program and got a pedometer and scale sent to me right away. Once I uploaded the program I was on my way. I can keep track of my meals and calories I eat and burn. Every day when I get home from work I can see on my computer how many steps I have taken for the day and how many I need to do on my walk/run to achieve my goal. It’s really easy and I find it is sort of addicting. Everyday I get a progress report on how well I’m doing. This is the first time I have actually stayed consistent with my workouts and diet I’m losing weight and getting in shape. A couple more bonuses I found on this site and that’s their recipes are great also if you are into workout videos, there are quite a few to choose from. I personally don’t use them because I like to workout outdoors. Oh and one more thing. read the blogs, good tips and advice on just about everything
