Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good communication about the appointment, and then they give you plenty of insights, options for care, and time to ask your questions. Really love the staff, and the office is very clean and nice. Great place!

I had a great experience on my latest visit. Everyone was friendly and my appointment went quickly. The contacts I wanted were in stock and I was able to leave with them. I love that the office has a good deal one one of the daily contact brands each time I go. Dr Shifrin is very knowledgeable and friendly and really helped explain everything. This is my third or fourth year going to her now and I plan on going again next year.

We’re extremely pleased since this eye center is in our neighborhood. Dr. Schifrin and her staff provide excellent service, are professional and personable along with a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this office for your annual vision needs — Children, teens, young at heart and in between!

Sorry, I just can’t recommend this place. The doctor was great but the staff was awful. Like another reviewer mentioned, they seemed to have trouble with my receipt, so I didn’t get a chance to see that they ordered two years of contacts instead of one. Three weeks later, I was still trying to track down my order. Turns out my «bag» full of contacts was sitting in the back for a couple of weeks. You’re supposed to guess when your prescription comes in. I hope they read these reviews to find out why the patients don’t return.

Carmen was amazing! She got me into a pair of glasses I would have never picked for myself. Its so refreshing to see someone who wants to make you look amazing if you have to wear glasses! The Doctor was easy to talk to and suggested a contact lens that would best fit my lifestyle. Plus, the suggestions on eye drops have made an overall difference in the comfort of my eyes!!! I’m highly satisfied and telling everyone to come here!!!

I have been going here for about three years. The doctor is great I really like her. The rest of the staff seems to turnover frequently. They carry some really nice frames and the staff is always very helpful with selecting what looks good.

We recently switched our eye dr. to Dr. Shifrin and are very happy with our decision. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

After using this location as our eye care specialists for the last three years, my husband and I finally decided to call it quits.
They had three years to impress us – never have they done so. The staff (depending on the day/​month/​year) can range from completely unprofessional to outstanding. Unfortunately, they change so often that you are never quite sure what kind of help/​service you will receive. The doctor herself seems nice enough, but you spend about 5 minutes with her that it’s really hard to built a client/​patient relationship. (She comes across as if she could care less to, anyway.)
This last visit, my husband and I had back to back appointments. We both took about 30 minutes each – totally reasonable. When it came time to pay and order contact lenses & new glasses frames – the process took over an hour. That’s just absurd! Even after all that waiting, I didn’t leave with a receipt, new contact lens or glasses. I was told in two days, I would be emailed the receipt, confirmation of my contact lenses purchased and once she had figured out the cost of my new glasses lenses – the price.
I called five days later to have them email my receipt and my rx’s. Looks like it’s time to find a new optometrist. Sorry 20/​20, you had three years of chances.

PLEASE do NOT waste your time or money with this company!
I ordered a pair of glasses and they were not made correctly. The frames were not attached to the lenses correctly. I waited another 2 weeks while they re-​made them, only to find the same thing wrong with this new pair. The person helping me admitted it wasn’t as it should be, and then suggested that it might be just an optical illusion — I am not kidding!
So I asked for my money back which they agreed to LESS 15%! I HAVE TO PAY THEM $ 82.80 BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT ATTACH THE FRAMES TO THE LENSES CORRECTLY! Why should I have to pay money out of pocket for their incompetence?
I do want to be fair and say that the doctor that I saw at the Scottsdale location was extremely competent and professional.

I love this place! The staff is fantastic as is the service. Great selection of eyewear and all at really great prices. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be going here indefinitely.
