Two Words: «The Best» !!
I was referred to Jaye at SimplifiyIT by a friend that said Jaye was GREAT and could help me with all my IT needs… well she was right!
Not only does Jay know he way around the IT world, I really respected the fact that he did not take advantage of my IT ignorance. Jaye was able to effectively and efficiently handle my IT needs. I will ONLY use Jaye with SimplifyIT from now on and suggest you do the same !!

Jaye at simplifyIT is, well, simply the best. I had a major crash on my MacBook Pro, Jaye was able to diagnose the problem and gave me a range of options for how to fix it. I elected to replace the hard drive and RAM to fully «restore» my MacBook. Jaye was very helpful in his recommendations for what type of hard drive and RAM to order, and when the parts came in, he installed them quickly and correctly. On top of that he formatted the new parts and restored my data. My 5 year old computer now runs like its brand new and I have confidence that Jaye has my back with any other IT issues I might come across. This is the place to go for computer and IT support!

Whether it be fixing my backup drive to collect my data wirelessly, or troubleshooting my website issues when my hosting service was being no help, he always quickly and efficiently figures out the issue and corrects it.
