WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
Ran my nice new car through here today after waiting in a horrid line of cars who have nothing better to do than wash their car on a Monday morning (including me) and wait a good 30min to get through it. Got the cheapest car wash and what a flipping joke. My average sized sedan barely got clean and the dryer is a joke. After my car got beat to death in the car wash I inspected the wash afterwards and it was still sopping wet and car still dirty. Lovely just lovely. The car wash price is a rip off for the cheapest wash. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Something about watching the employees smoke right in front of the gas station (near the pumps) makes me very uneasy. Definitely not coming back to this one.

Amazing customer service I had something fall off my vehicle in the car wash I called and I informed the gentleman on the phone what happened and he took my number and actually followed up with me and found what i lost I drove back up to Scotts Valley and got my part I believe his name was Augie thank you for going above and beyond to help me out

After filling up my SUV, the guy inside refused to break a $ 20 for me. In the future, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Forget the over charging for gas. Shell just sucks. Corporate gas is what everyone seems to be obsessed with. I personally would stick to quick stop in Felton. Great prices for better gas. But if you need it now, then I guess you gotta do what you gotta do

The car wash is SOOOOOOO SLOW. If there are two cars ahead of you, leave or ask for a refund. You’re going to be waiting for at least 20 minutes.
Otherwise this is a normal clean gas station.

I always come here to get my cars exterior washed. Quick and easy. Stopping by on my commute to fill up my tank is always a pleasure. The gal who works the front desk, Sersi, is always upbeat and cheerful and makes my experience that much more positive.

Conveniently located on the corner of Mt Hermon and Scotts Valley drive, I usually just swing in right on my way home.
They have a nice new car wash that is reasonably priced and does a good job.
Gas prices are competitive with everyone else in town.

The car wash here sucks, I pay $ 10 for the best one you can get and every freaking time it misses a large spot on the back of my car. The dryer doesn’t work well and it actually sprays water with the blower so you leave with water spots and a half dry car. They REALLY need to tune up the washer or something, or cut the price in half so your not spending good money for a crappy wash.

–1:10pm pull in to gas up after seeing my dot light up while on 17 on my way home
–motherfuckerbiatch! I left my wallet in my climbing backpack in my exclusive biatch’s car!
–exclusive biatch is at work in Sunnyvale so after I text him and a homie that was expecting me at 2pm of the situation, I turn to my local friends for some rescuing
–wanted to park into one of their slots but their worker on break was sitting infront of it on her phone and didn’t move until her break was over…15 minutes later… I finally was able to park correctly
–was encouraged to ask another worker (the other was still on her phone) if they would take a cc number over the phone to a «no, we can’t do that» don’t blame them. That or i leave something valuable… like my vagina. Called 76 next door, same story.
–an hour and a half later a local friend comes who drove from Livermore to rescue me to find out my exclusive biatch was on his way
–I get my wallet and the support of not only my exclusive biatch, but of friends that were working in sf; one that was off from San Jose and willing to pick up my wallet wherever it was and deliver it to me, one local who was working when I texted but got to me physically right after her work, my x coworker that drove from livermore that got to me first happy to have a reason to stop and get a car wash
–found out their car washes there were good, and the gas prices are reasonable
–I fill up before I catch up with a good friend

I just came back today and tried to use the pay machine, all i had was a debit card, 5 $ 1’s and a $ 20.
the machine does not take 10’s, 20’s, or debit cards.
With $ 5 in ones, i could not afford the wash, so i had to back out of the curvy entrance and go into the store.
i bought the $ 6 wash, and my car is still full of crap with added water spots :(
i’ve learned my lesson, next time ill pay the extra $ 5-​$ 10 and go somewhere else.

Whenever I go to Carmel it never fails that a bird goes poopie on my car. all of the rest of my car is clean except the front– which had a Picasso-​esque poop on it. I needed gas and a quicky wash after going to my waxing appt and Nob Hill. The gas was reasonably priced considering its Santa Cruz county and I was able to get a cheapy car wash which took care of my Picasso problem. It is on the right side of the road when you enter Scotts Valley so you can get gas, go get a cup of coffee at Starbucks or Peet’s and then be on your way :-D
