I had a wonderful experience with Scotts Valley Flower Outlet! I met with the owner and she helped me pick out the flowers I needed. When I went to pick up the flowers for my event they were beautiful. She took the time to pick out the best flowers possible to offer me. Not only was the service great and the flowers beautiful but the price was reasonable. The owner was delightful and very accommodating! We received a lot of compliments at the party regarding the flowers. Thank you for helping us making the party a success.

The service is as good as it gets! I called in to place a last minute order on a Saturday afternoon. Peter was exceedingly helpful and professional in handling my request. Prices were very reasonable, and the arrangement was perfect. Peter even sent me a text photo of the bouquet since I was out of state. All in all, excellent service and product. I would definitely use them again.

Over priced and most of the time the flowers don’t last more than a day or two. I have given this couple numerous chances over the past years as I’d like to keep the business in town. I will no long go here. I bought tulips there today and they were mushy bottoms. Trader Joes has better quality.

Every single time I walk in I am instantly greeted with a warm smile! Very sweet couple, and they have a beautiful assortment of flowers and decorative items. My favorite item is a sachet of sea blue rocks and seashells with the most unique and lovely ocean scent! I have not seen this anywhere else so I always go back for more. I have one in my living room and family and friends always compliment the scent! Great service! Lovely owners!

Tried calling to place a mothers day order. They said they would call me back because his wife is with a customer. 20 min later they called back. Took 10 min to take down recipients name and address. I asked for a spring mix and I was trying to keep it under $ 30 because I’m on a tight budget. She told me she can’t help me! No way is she going to make an arrangement under $ 30.

I have passed by this store often and always been impressed with the beautiful outdoor displays and all the wonderful gifts in the windows.
Today I went in to order some flower’s for a friend’s memorial service this weekend. I had no Idea what I wanted, except they needed to be red and white and centerpieces needed to be low so people could carry on conversations at the table. I met Hyun, the woman who owns the place and she was so helpful. She explained everything and gave me wonderful service and prices on the items I needed. I look forward to bringing them more of my business in the future.

I ordered flowers for my wedding recently and I am beyond pleased. I walked in with no idea of what I wanted except for orange’ and ‘fall.’ The woman was friendly and helpful, and sent me home with some beautiful roses after I placed my order. She even called to confirm the ribbon color the day before the wedding. Compared to other florists I talked to I feel I received an amazing price and service. My bridesmaids absolutely loved the bouquets. They have a great assortment of ridiculously affordable growers bunches and a few arrangements. I would highly recommend them!

Flower Outlet is a fabulous source for a very wide assortment of flowers at reasonable prices. I get flowers here for my life coaching/​hypnotherapy office often. Stargazer Lilly’s are my favorite and they have good quality & consistent inventory. This family owned and run business is a plus for Scott’s Valley. I recently got a money tree and a bonsai tree there and they’re doing great. Check out Flower Outlet and smell the roses!

To be honest I didn’t go in to buy flowers but to look at their gifts so I cannot really give any feedback on the flower quality. Sorry! However, I was rather impressed with the unique and fabulously priced gifts they had. Fun seasonal merchandise for amazing prices. Would totally go back. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of working with both owners in designing flower arrangements for my wedding June 2010. Hi-​yun helped me put together the right flowers for all the different arrangements needed from the bouquet, boutonnieres, and mother’s wrist flowers to large arrangements on the podium and center pieces!
The flowers came on time and in wonderful condition! We could not have been happier! Thank you Steve and Hi-​yun!

Went in on Mother’s Day to get mom some flowers. They barely had any selection and half of what they had said Sold — weird!
I got a small arrangement, no vase for $ 12.99 — was pretty and basic, just what I needed.
Customer service lagged — I know it’s the second busiest flower holiday, but still ask if I need some help when I have two toddlers with me and half your stuff says sold :)
will go back if I am in a jam and need last minute flowers.
