I was referred to Safelite to do my Progressive insurance windshield replacement.
Scheduling the appointment was plain and simple. I had no problems what-​so-​ever. The guy came and installed my windshield with no hiccups. The windshield that they replaced mine with was great quality and looked identical to my original glass. The only problem I had was that the guy who did the install didn’t seem like he liked his job, but more as just a job. I know that’s not a big player as it doesn’t represent the entire company, but thats the only problem I had during my entire experience.
I did have to call Safelite back because it seemed like the windshield was not flush with the frame, but it seems like it’s just because it hasn’t sat in the sun long enough. Regardless, it did not leak nor did I have any air leakage. I call that a job well done!
