The management is untrustworthy and unlikable. I had a 2-​year «guarantee» on a dogwood tree they planted that never flowered. The point of having a dogwood tree in your yard is to see it flower in the spring.
When I explained to the owner that it looked like the tree they planted had a common disease identified online as being incurable and asked him to replace the tree, he said it would probably flower the next season and if it didn’t his company would then replace it. Long story short, it never flowered, they never replaced the tree and basically blew me off whenever I contacted them about it. Also, they installed a sprinkler system and charged a lot more for servicing it than what was originally quoted and then could not properly explain why.
I recommend not working with them.
