I had a wall mounted gas furnace stop working. I called a local guy who I had dealt with before who came, examined the situation and told me that I needed a new furnace. Afraid of a $ 2500 expense, I scoured the yellow pages. John from J.R. Harght came out with the knowledge that the«gas valve» needed to be replaced but it could not be ordered because the furnace was too old. He could have upsold me to buy a new one, but instead went about figuring out how to fix it. The cost to fix it was minimal. Needless to say, more than $ 2000 richer(for now at least), I have a new plumber. :)
